News : Three bullet-riddled bodies found from Quetta and Lesbela

Occupied Balochistan: Three more bullet-riddled and decomposed bodies were found from Quetta and Lasbela district on Sunday.

According to details the Police recovered a body of around 25 year old man near Dildar Karez area within the limits of Shalkot police station in Quetta, Balochistan’s capital. They personnel shifted the body to Bolan Medical Complex Hospital for autopsy. “The body had bullet wounds in head and chest,” hospital sources said. However, the identity of the slain man could not be ascertained and body was kept morgue of the hospital after medico-legal formalities.

Separately, the tortured and bullet riddled body of Mohammad Karim Dehwar Baloch was found in Quetta. Mr Dehwar, a law student, was abducted from Saryad Road on 14 February this year and his whereabouts remained until yesterday (17/04/2011).

Meanwhile, personnel of Balochistan Levies had found a decomposed body of old man near Tehsil Lyari of Lasbela district and brought it to hospital for medical examination. “The victim was killed some 15 days earlier and body is decomposed. Hence, it would be difficult to ascertain his identity,” said a levy official. “The victim was an aged man and his body was buried in a nearby graveyard.” (dailytawar and Balochistanexpress)

It must also be remembered that a bullet-riddled body of an assistant sub-inspector (ASI) was found in Bhawani area on the RCD Highway in Lasbela district on Saturday. According to official sources, some locals spotted a body and informed the Hub police about it. The body was taken to Jam Ghulam Qadir Hospital, where the deceased was identified as Muhammad Hamid Baloch. “The body bore bullet wounds on his upper torso, besides marks of severe torture,” hospital sources said. No group has claimed the responsibility for the killing so far. (Daily times.pk)
