BLF claimed responsibility for the attacks on Pakistan Navy in Karachi

Karachi:The Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) on Wednesday claimed responsibility for the two separate bomb attacks on Pakistan Navy buses in Karachi killing four Navy personnels and dozens injured.The first attack took place in posh Defence Phase II area when a navy bus carrying 50 personnel left the Basralane Colony, a residential area that houses mid-level navy officers.The bus had barely travelled 100 yards when a bomb planted on a motorcycle parked along the way went off.


Two navy officers including Sub Lieutenant Iqbal died in the blast, while 37 other navy personnels were injured, Pakistan Navy spokesman Commander Salman Ali had said.


The second bus carrying 35 naval personnel was hit by a roadside bomb on Northern Bypass, near Baldia Town in which two navy men, including Pakistan Navy sailor Umar Farooq and another navy employee were killed and 19 navy personnels injured.


The spokesman of the Baloch Liberation Front Mr.Basham Baloch called up media offices and claimed responsibility for the both attacks on Pakistan navy buses.


The spokesman further said that the attack was in revenge for the blood of innocent Baloch people whose bodies were found daily in parts of Balochistan.Pakistani occupying army is defeated by the Baloch freedom fighters in throughout Balochistan thatswhy Pakistan army is now abducting and killing innocent Baloch civilians.


Mr.Basham Baloch further added that we are struggling according to the international laws but the Pakistani forces are continously violating the international war laws,therefore Baloch Liberation Front has now decided to attack the Pakistani forces anywhere in Pakistan and the attack on Navy in karachi is a begining.
