News : Students boycotted classes against lecturer’s abduction, four more went missing

Occupied Balochistan: Students in Khuzdar Engineering University and Government Girls’ College boycotted from their classes on Wednesday in protest against the kidnapping of lecturer Dr. Hameed Mengal. The lecturer was whisked away by unknown people on Tuesday night. The students accused security forces of kidnapping as saying that he was in illegal custody like other missing persons.

Meanwhile, two persons identified as Ghulam Rasul Saifi and Shamim Baloch went missing from Gwadar, only a day before the chief of Pakistan army, General Kiyani’s, visit to the town . The relatives of both missing persons told the reporters that Ghulam Rasul and Shamim were on their way to home from Fish Harbour on their motorbike when unknown armed men intercepted them and whisked them away. Family source suspect that they have been abducted by Pakistani security agencies.

In another similar incident, some armed men kidnapped a man from Chandni Chowk area of Khuzdar town on Wednesday evening. "Muhammad Ayyub Muhammad Hasni was on his way when he was kidnapped by unidentfied gunmen and taken to an unknown destination.

Separately, a man has been abducted from Nalait Check point on his to Karachi for medical check up. According to details Zareef Baloch, a resident of Kalatuk region of Turbat, was travelling by Al-Abbas Coach when nearly a dozen Pakistani security forces stopped the bus at a check post in Nalait. According to eye-witnesses (other passengers’) account as soon as the bus stopped the security forces climbed up and started checking the ID cards of passengers.

After identifying Zareef S/O Balach they grabbed him by his collars and dragged him out of the passenger Coach. Eye-witnesses saw the security forces beating and blind folding Zareef Baloch before driving him toward an unknown location.

Meanwhile the resident of Jhao and BNM zone observed a shutter down strike against the cold-blooded murder of Mohammad Karim Dehwar and abductions of Baloch activists.
