C.I.A. now knows Pakistan is terrorist state, says Baluch representative at U.N.

Mehran Baluch, youngest son of legendary Baloch leader Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri in Geneva.

He hopes just like the C.I.A. is gradually understanding the true nature of the Pakistani state the other nations will come to know Pakistan is a terrorist state.
Mehran Baluch, Balochistan representative at the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva,  said in a statement in Daily Tawar that Islamabad had tried to mislead the Central Investigations Agency, MI-5 and other international secret services against the secular Baloch movement  but now the game is nearing an end.
"According to some news stories General David Petraeus will fight the last major war of his military career against Pakistan. Had the American general fought his first war against Pakistan, the other two wars (Afghanistan and Iraq) would have been easily avoided," Mehran Baluch, who is widely loved by family and friends for his sense of humor said.
He said the killing of terror mastermind Osama bin Laden in a house next to Pakistan's West Point, Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul, vindicates the Baloch stance that Pakistan is a state sponsor of terrorism.
"The world powers have to put their heads together what to make of this state which in itself is not a very legitimate organization and continues to pose a threat to ," Mehran Baluch, who is the youngest son of Baba-i-Azadi or father of the independence movement Nawab Khair Bakhsh Marri said.
He said Pakistan interior minister Rehman Malik had never tired in issuing a statement every second day to bully the Baloch people, but since the Navy Seal action against the Punjabi soldiers Malik's lips have been sealed. "He is shy of speaking so as not to utter a wrong sentence that might annoy Washington," Mehran Baluch said.
He regretted that Pakistan was a creation of the British raj and U.S taxpayers have bankrolled the terrorist state for six decades now. "Yesterday people of Bengal suffered at its hands and today we see a genocide in Balochistan," he said.
He said none of Pakistan's neighbors can live in peace and the state poses the single most potent threat to international security. "If Britain, U.S. and other powers do not revise their stance on Pakistan, then all their efforts to end terrorism and attain stability in the Afpak region will go down the drain."
He said the monumental sacrifices of the Baloch youths have forced the real masters of Pakistan, the military generals to launch a public relations exercise in Balochistan to hoodwink the people.
Mehran Baluch said the way Pakistan's secret services are forcibly disappearing the Baloch, killing them and desecrating their bodies by dumping them in desolate places is hidden from none. "International human rights organizations have directly blamed the Inter-Services Intelligence for brutalities against Baloch people.
He said the I.S.I. now fears it would be declared a terrorist organization by the international community just like the Pasdarans of Iran and that is why the civilian administration has jumped to its rescue.
Mehran Baluch regretted that a pro-Pakistan journalist in BBC Urdu ran a misleading report about the reasons why he was stopped from addressing a European Parliament subcommittee of human rights meeting in Brussels on April 13.
He said Pakistan though state machinations and intrigues censored his speech at the European Parliament, but expressed delight that all that he had to say was covered by Mr. Vittorio Prodi, brother of former Italian prime minister Romano Prodi. Prodi expressed his anguish at the gross human rights violations being perpetrated by the Frontier Corps, Military Intelligence and Inter-Services Intelligence.
Pakistan Ambassador to Belgium Zalil Abbas Jilani had accused Mehran Baluch of being associated with a proscribed organization. Though Pakistan has thrown the Geneva Conventions to the wind, since Pakistan is a rogue terrorist state, Jilani also misinformed the European Parliament that "Pakistan is fully cognizant of its obligations to promote human rights of all its citizens. We take the observation about any shortcomings very seriously..."
However, the Amnesty International and the Asian Federation Against Enforced Disappearances both condemned Pakistan for its crimes in Balochistan.
Meanwhile, a former minister in the Balochistan cabinet, who is also a lawyer and intellectual, called upon the world to act fast without losing time on Pakistan.
“Why is Pakistan not being dealt like a terrorist state?” asks Baloch lawyer and intellectual, Kachkol Ali Advocate, who is now based in Oslo, Norway, said in public comments posted on the balochi_culture yahoo discussion group.
Ali Advocate, who was former minister of fisheries in Balochistan government, said declaring Pakistan a terrorist state is the most pressing issue for the entire world today after the murder of Osama bin Laden, founder of al Qaeda.
Ali Advocate said Pakistan has brazenly raped and violated the reciprocity doctrine that says if a state harbors terrorist; did and abets a terrorist that state will be treated like a terrorist state
Ali Advocate, who is reported to be a book worm and promoted half dozen libraries during his tenure as provincial govrnment minister, said the second policy  which has been  flagrantly violated is what is called the One Percent Doctrine.
According to that doctrine if  a terrorist living in a country carries out acts of terror from there that state can face immediate bombardment.
He said Ron Suskind has written a  book named The One Percent Doctrine, which reveals the hypocrisy  and double standards of the Pakistani state. “On the one hand it calls itself strategic partner of the U.S. and and an ally in the war on terror and on the other hand it provides shelter and facilitates the most wanted terrorists on its land like bin Laden,” he said. “Pakistan is a terrorist, rough, banana and failed state in the world. And being a nuclear power it is a problem for the entire world.”
Ali Advocate, who is a popular politician politician from Panjgur, urged the international community to treat Pakistan like a terrorist state without further ado.
