QUETTA: The President Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) for Balochistan chapter, Lashkari Raisani, has resigned on Monday due to disciplinary issues within the party.
While talking to SAMAA, he said that Benazir Bhutto Shaheed nominated him as the president for the province some five years back.
He complained that the party high command was informed about the issues but, he added, nothing has been done for last three years.
“I am fade up now. I have sent my resignation to the party.”
Raisani said that public representatives were not listening to him. “The lawmakers consider themselves above the party level,” he added.
“I don’t know the party has accepted my resignation but I am no more PPP’s president for Balochistan.” SAMAA
