100,000 have fled Balochistan; 34 army, FC officers killed by resistance; Khan Kalat supports settlers

Seeded by Ahmar Mustikhan

The Baloch resistance appears to have scored significant victory in Balochistan as Pakistan's interior minister Rahman Malik told the Upper House of Pakistan parliament as many as 100,000 outsiders have fled the occupied territories.
Malik also said 34 officers of the Pakistan army and Frontier Corp have been killed by the Baloch freedom fighters.

The Baloch are extremely concerned about what they call is ethnic flooding of their homeland by Punjabi settlers and this departure of forced settlers has increased the popularity graph of the Baloch resistance.
However, only one tribal leader the Khan of Kalat, Mir Suleman Daud, recently came out in support of the Punjabi settlers who are viewed by the majority of the Baloch populace as an extension of the military occupation forces.

The Khan of Kalat, who is now in self-exile in United Kingdom, is a grandson of the egg-loving Mir Ahmedyar Khan who had signed the instruments of accession with Pakistan against the unanimous mandate of both the lower and upper house of the Baloch parliament.
Rahman Malik used highly inflammatory and derogatory remarks against the Baloch describing them as illiterate that prompted three senators from Balochistan, Mir Hasil Bizenjo, Malik Baloch and Rahim Mandokhail to stage a walkout.

Though Rahman Malik is the home minister, he himself has a criminal past according to Pakistan media reports:

In fact a former attorney general of Pakistan, Sharifuddin Pirzada, was widely suspected of getting his estranged wife killed in a posh neighborhood near the Hill Park in Karachi, commercial capital of Pakistan.
