Shaikh Abdul Hameed: The Regime Can Remain Only With The People

Sheikh Abdul Hamid Imam and Khateeb of Sunnis in Makki mosque, Zahedan while giving speech pointed to the victory achieved after revolution in Iran and said: such a great achievement was gotten on account of the strength and unity among the people. It was not a military coup, like it happened in many other countries, where systems damaged by military force and army rather it was only a great publicly revolution.

Ayatollah Khomeini, the founder of this revolution called it "people's revolution", where people of various ranks such as university and school students, public and others came out on the streets, and continued their struggles till to get triumph of the revolution.
He added: "As the victory of the revolution was the result combined efforts, so its survival and continuity also depend on support of the people strongly. He said that the revolution can remain only by people. I think also, there is no survival and sustainability for any dictatorship and tyranny, rather stability is only be found in unity and giving freedom to people and to fulfill their demands.
Shaikh Abdul Hameed said: I think it is necessary to advice the government to take care of every person of the country and win their hearts by fulfilling their wishes and listen to their objections. Because any political wing can not manage the country alone, whether it is fundamentalist or reformist. He added that the stability of the government system depends on magnanimity, therefore all parties, nations and creeds should be given opportunity to participate in governance and everyone should be involved in the authority and management of the country.
Expressing the reasons of putting objections after the presidential election in Iran June 2009, Maulana Abdul Hameed pointed out: Many of the policies adopted in the country are not consistent with the demands of people; the nation has not found these yet any solution of their problems in such planed policies. Now they are sure that the system is unable to resolve their problems. In fact, the wrong policies of the government caused these objections.
Imaam of Ahle Sunnat asked to change the wrong policies, saying: "These policies are not divine texts which can not be removed or changed or nobody can criticize them, but they are only laws made by people, So if there is no stability in such drawn laws and they are not capable to resolve the problems, the policies must be changed. It is not the solution to suffice to say that Islam is passing danger or the system is threatened. In fact, the solution is to find out the reasons for it them struggle to resolve it. There is doubt that threatens the system being narrow minded and to disregard a large part of the country are main reasons for it. If the problems be solved, you can continue to run the country better.
Referring to the claming of some elements that "Sunnis legitimate demands are increasing gradually", Shaikh said: we (Ahl-e-Sunnah) are not avaricious rather we are struggling for our actual rights which we have been given throw the laws.
Shaikh said about the governor's duty that it is necessary for any ruler to pay his pure attention on fulfilling the public needs, listen to them then try to solve their problems, and he should be considered out of law rather he must be accounted in court. they should not neglect the public protest and criticism; such individuals can not improve himself as well as the country.
Pointing to one of the reasons for the demise of the former king, Shaikh Abdul-Hameed said: The objections of people and their difficulties were not conveyed properly. To the ex-king of Iran so as a result his kingdom came to an end. The reason is that, the courtiers of rulers never want to tell him real report, as they are reluctant to advise him in some cases.
Shaikh Abdul Hamid referred to the title "Islamic Republican" and said: Republic means governance of the people, and Islam gave more freedom to the people, so no one is independent to do what so ever comes in his mind rather he is to follow rules of regulations and to take forward his country and serve people. Because, Muslim does not consider himself superior to others and he must not get anger on criticism. The Prophet peace be upon him used to listen to views of his companions and he used to consult with them, as well as the Caliphs after him followed him, there is no doubt that every one of them was the best at that time and also the Day of Resurrection. Once it happened, Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, as a Jewish claimed that the shield of Ali belongs to him and Ali at that time was the caliph of Muslims, his son Hassan came for giving testimony but it was not accepted regarding to Shariya, because Hassan was the son of petitioner, Qazi Shoraih sentenced in favor of the Jew, when he saw justice of Islam, he accepted Islam on the spot."
Maulana Abdul Hameed said: the serious problem which is faced in Iran especially in Balochistan that is execution particularly the Balochistan province is much more affected by execution and the people are worried about it. We believe that these executions have a negative impact on the community; we do not believe that it solves the problems, but it destroys to the unity that we seek it a lot. While it is possible to remove crimes by keeping criminals in prison forever not to kill him.
Worthy to note, number of sentenced about death or retribution in the era of the Prophet PBUH and major Caliphs was a little does not exceed the number of fingers. Then the thing that is neither accepted by Islam, nor any wise person will accept it that is to put different kinds of pressure or torture some one in order to force him and make him compelled to accept accusations.
At the end of this Friday prayer, Shaikh Mulana Abdul Hameed asked the officials to open border of Sistan and Baluchistan province- with the two neighbors - which had been closed from some months, saying: Balochistan is maintenance of a border province, where agriculture and other occupations are not available to all people. The boundaries were in fact functioning for the people of this province which has been closed for a long time and caused dilemmas of people. It is expected to increase as a result of these economic, security problems and dilemmas in the future. We hope the officials to remove the closure of the border.
