QUETTA: Provincial President of Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) Shahzian Bugti has claimed that he was the real target of rocket attack which was allegedly fired by government agencies and supporters of Aali Bugti that landed few yards away from Bugti House in Quetta at Fatima Jinnah Road.Addressing an emergent press conference here on Sunday, he said that some months back Nawab Aali Bugti had given statement in newspapers that he was coming Quetta and would occupy the Bugti House.
“I was the real target of rocket attack”, he claimed and adding: “We have given application for registration of FIR against Aali Bugti and his associates and now it is responsibility of government to arrest them”.
Shahzain Bugti alleged that Aali Bugti on the behest of government and its agencies had forcefully grabbed their lands and fort in Jaffarbad and added that through a conspiracy they wanted to eliminate him.
He said that like past, Bugti tribesmen were being subjected to injustices and thousands of Bugti tribesmen were compelled to lead a miserable life in different parts of Punjab and Sindh.
Rejecting Aaghaaz-e-Haqooq Balochistan Package, he said that provincial and federal governments of PPP were not sincere with Balochistan because neither arrangements were made for rehabilitation of displaced persons nor work on construction of cantonment was stopped.
To a query, he said that they would foil the conspiracies of agencies and demanded of the government to execute the killers of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti publicly after arresting them.
