The Baloch Hal NewsQUETTA: Local trader and transporters blocked International Highway near Kuchlak for vehicular traffic on Monday protesting against the kidnapping of a local trader. He was kidnapped late Sunday night.
The highway remained closed till filling this report in the evening and protestors warned that they will not call off until the recovery of kidnapped hotel owner Mohammad Hussain.
Protest and demonstration was observed by All Parties in main Kuchlak bazaar. They condemned the kidnapping Mohammad Husain. The protest rally was addressed by Yousf Khan, Malik Abdul Majeed, Haji Abdul Satar, Malik Hashim, Molvi Mohammad Essa, Malik Ramazan and Yahya Khan Nasir. They alleged that the provincial Government is involved in kidnapping for ransom and government is supporting gangsters for ransom. They said the law an order situation is bad and the gangsters are kidnapping the local bus drivers and transports. They demanded immediate recovery of Mohammad Hussain.
Addressing the news conference they said that local administration are warning and intimidating us to open national highway. They announced that national highway is blocked for an indefinite period.
NATO supply and other private vehicles were stuck on National Highway.
It is mentioned here that Mohammad Hussain a local Hotel owner, was whisked away from his hotel last night. Some unknown armed men entered to his hotel and kidnapped him and took him to an undisclosed place.
