A Leader of Baloch Republican Party Siresh Bugti recently gave a statement that “in Sui (Balochistan) a mole of Pakistani army named Ghulam Qadir and Company has built up private jails where the Baloch liberation seekers are kept for torture treatment.”The private prisons were exposed by a man called Qadir Buksh on a website called Gwank. Gwank means “call”. The owner of the Gwank website takes calls on his phone and then publishes the recording on his website. Qadir Buksh emphasized the name of Ghulam Qadir and company. He says that the company is loyal Pakistani Army and are running a torture house in Dera Bugti, Sui.
On May 8, 2010, Gwank interviewed a Baloch who was recently released from the torture house, which is now called “Pakistan House.” As per the Baloch, some 200 Baloch men have been held inside the compound. He says that, not just common folks are held up in those torture cells, but also many famous Balochs including “fine man of Nawab Akbar Bugti” have been illegally held by the Pakistani agencies (ISI and Army) and Mir Aali Bugti.
Private jail located in Dera Bugti Sui
On the conditions in side the tourcher cells, the Baloch said “Sir I have been kept prisoner inside the torture cells for 3 months. In those 3 months they humiliated me. I have seen Wadhera Ali Mohammad Mundir, Wadhera Imam Deen along with other 200 Baloch men and fine men of Nawab Akbar Bugti, They humiliated us by stripping us from our traditional clothes, they slapped us and they disgraced us. This is what happened to me and all the other Baloch in that torture cell. They don’t treat us as human, they don’t feed us. Now after talking to you we would like you to help us and please demolish that torture cell which holds 200 people inside it”
The Gwank reporter asked him about the whereabouts of this torture cell. The man replied “this torture cell is located in District Dera Bugti and in town Sui inside the Bugti house (now called Pakistan House).”
Gwank questioned him “What Aali bugti is doing, did he used to visit you people and saw you when you were being tortured?” The man replied ” Aali bugti used to visit us and abuse us, told us that we are traitors and you are working for BRA and Brahamdagh Bugti. We pleaded to him that we are not working for anybody, we are poor folks who earn their bread by common means, we are picked up by the Pakistani agencies and brought us here”.
On the living conditions in the cells, the man said “There are 200 people in that torture cell, actually it is not a torture cell you can say that by looking at it, it looks like a living room where we were kept and beaten by sticks every morning. Two of the rooms are used as torture cells.”
On torture, the man said “Yes every day we were visited by (Pakistani) Punjabis who were belong to Pakistani agencies and army men also, They humiliated us by stripping us from our traditional clothes, we were naked and hit us with sticks. They beat us until we were unconscious. They do this 3 to 4 times to each and every one, They threw us to crocodiles, they dragged us like animals by choking us, they disgraced us in every way possible. They threw lizards into the torture cells. All men whenever they visited us used his gun to beat us and wanted us to beg for our life’”
The man also revealed information on Master Jeevan, Commander Riaz and Gazzo, who have been accused by Pakistanis as suicide bombers.
Regarding Master jeevan, the man said “yes Master Jeevan is languishing inside that torture cell. I personally talked to him and he said that he don’t have any suicide bombing mission. master Jeevan said that they (Pakistanis) are just using and humiliating him. He said that he was the only bread earner for his home now he is inside this torture cell his family is suffering from malnutrition. He told us that before the interview he was injected and humiliated to confess his doings.”
The man “said that Master Jeevan was not in his full form when he was interviewed by Mubashir Luqman of Express news. He also mentioned that Master Jeevan dosen’t remembers the Express interview as he was not conscious because of the injection (drugged) they gave to him.”
Regarding Gazzo, the man said that he was tortured and killed soon after a interview by Mubashir Luqman of Express news. “That when he was interviewed he was also not conscious (injected) and after the interview he was tortured to death”.
Will the world and Human Right organizations take notice of it?
