The Baloch Hal News

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani, while reaffirming the offer of dialogue to Baloch nationalists, said that the issue of Balochistan could could not be resolved through force, adding doors remained open for the “dissident Baloch brethren” who had opted for an armed struggle.
He made these remarks while talking to the media after the passing out parade of 4000 Baloch youth here at EME center in Quetta Cant, Friday.
Since the take over of PPP-led democratic government after 2008 polls,”I am talking of negotiation and mutual talks to remove the grievances of the people of Balochistan and reach to the durable solution”, he reiterated.
CM Balochistan, in strong terms condemned the incidents of target killing in the province as saying he always termed it against the norms of Balochs and unforgivable crime to kill the innocent people on ethnic basis.
To a question, he said that inadequate mandate given to him was one reason which was hampering the settlement of the Balochistan issue, adding if the concerned quarters had given him mandate the situation could have been change in the province.
To yet another question, he dispelled the impression that there existed no writ of the government.
“We are making strives to improve the law and order in the province, rare cases of crimes take place everywhere. Even big cities like New York and London are not fully safe from the criminals,” he maintained.
Youth from Balochistan should join Pak forces and civil bureaucracy to be the integral part of the establishment, he urged while expressing his happiness on the induction of the Baloch youth in the Pak Army.
