Government seals late Dashtyari’s office room at Balochistan University, House of another Baloch writer raided

Occupied Balochistan: Balochistan Provincials government has sealed the office and room of the slain Baloch (intellectual, author) teacher of freedom and the founder of largest Balochi language library Shaheed Saba Dasthiyari.

According to details students and fellow professors have started to light candles in the office and room of Shaheed Saba Dashtyari to pay their respects and tributes to him. However, the government of Balochistan, that takes direction from Pakistan military, seemingly not happy with the candle lighting tributes to the teacher of freedom has sealed the office and room of professor Dashtyari.

Sources reported that the government has also issue a notification saying that it will take possession of all the documents and research papers of Ghulam Hussain Saba Dashtyari Baloch. The political and academic groups fear that Government will destroy the works and researchs of Shaheed Saba Dasthiyari Baloch. Baloch academics and political groups say that late professor’s research papers are of high value to Baloch people and confiscating them raises serious concerns.

The Baloch acadimis and political circles also posed a question that if the government is not involved in the assassination of Prof. Saba Dasthiyari then why they’re removing flowers from location of his murder and not allowing his followers to light candles in this room and office? Observers believe that such steps of government are a confirmation of the fact that Intelligence Agencies of the government are involved in the murder of the Baloch professor. They feared that government intends to distoryed the work of Mr. Dashtyari which will be an irreparable loss to the Baloch people.

Meanwhile Syed Hashumi reference library held an urgent meeting under the presidency of Professor Ramzan Bamarri to pay tributes to the late founder of the library Saba Dashtyari. The meeting also discussed impact of his death on the work of library; it’s educational and research projects. The participants of the meeting said that professor Saba Dashtyari's ideology was Baloch, Balochi and Balochistan for which he has sacrificed his life.

They said that Syed Hashumi Liberary reference pays glowing tributes to professor Saba Dashtyari and vows to comepelet his mission and vision of “Institute of Balochioloy”. The meeting has appealed the Baloch Nation for financial help for one and only Baloch National Library, Syed Zahoor Shah Hashumi Reference Library, to fulfill the dream and mission of both late professor Saba Dashtyari and (Syed Zahoor Shah Hashumi).

On the other Pakistani security forces have raided the house of Baloch Columnist Manzoor Izzat Baloch and a nineteen year old boy Fayaz Karim and behaved badly with respected Baloch women in the during search operation.

According to details Pakistani security forces have raided the houses of a Baloch writer and Columnist Mr. Manzoor Izzat Baloch and an innocent teenage boy Fayaz Karim Baloch. Sources further said that the security forces misbehaved with and used inappropriate language against respected Baloch women during the search operation.

BSO-Azad and BNM activists along with local residents including women and children took out a protest rally against ongoing military operation in coastal belt of Balochistan. The protesters also strongly condemn the raid on Manzoor Izat and Fayaz Karim’s houses, the harassment of women and children and pillage of the houses. The rally set off from Panjgour and Gramkaan before passing through different roads finally encircled the Deputy Commissioner’s Office and chanted full throat slogans against security forces. The participants of the rally were also holding placard inscribed with slogans against recovery of bullet-riddled bodies of Baloch enforced-disappeared persons.

The Rally dispersed peacefully after the local authorities have assured them to raise their complaints with the higher officials.
