Sluggish response by the Government over the piling cases of Missing persons is not acceptable: HRCP
Occupied Balochistan: The Human Rights Organization Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) has demanded a full through investigation and a quick response over the release of the missing persons, talking to the media the Chairperson of HRCP Dr Mehdi Hassan stated that the problem of these Missing persons cases is the utmost priority in these times but the Government is showing a sluggish response to it.
Dr Hassan stated that analyzing the situation of Balochistan Governmental institutions, Political Parties, Judicial Courts & Law Serving organizations must give it crucial importance- Security forces should be restrained under the jurisdiction that without any criminal records or registered criminal actions or without producing them in courts can’t arrest peoples from houses. He stated that the missing person’s case is the Governments biggest challenge and yet the Government shows laziness over it
