Baloch National Leader Hyrbyair Marri has presided the event in London. Besides Baloch activists – representatives of South Azerbaijan Independent Party, Al-Ahwaz Organisation for Deference of Human Rights, CAMPACC and International Coalition against the impunity of Iran have also participated to express their solidarity with Baloch families of states’ violence and paid their respects to Baloch Martyrs.
In their speeches and messages the speakers highlighted the need and importance of Unity within the Baloch Nation and with other oppressed Nations that are suffering the same fate as the Baloch people. They also spoke about the plight of Baloch and other oppressed nations under occupation of Iran and Pakistan saying that people of South Azerbaijan, Al-Ahwaz, Kurdistan and Balochistan’s freedom has long been delayed but it cannot be denied any longer.
Talking about the plight of enforced-disappeared Baloch Dr Shahsawar Baloch, the Co-ordinator of International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons, said that currently around 8000-13,000 Baloch political activists are in the illegal custody of Pakistani security agencies in occupied Balochistan. Tens of thousands have Baloch have been displaced and many hundreds have been either target killed by state’s security agencies or tortured to death under-custody. The Organisation has so far collected the details of over 180 Baloch political activists killed during captivity between July 2010 and July 2011.
He further said that similarly hundreds of Baloch have been killed by the fundamentalist Regime of Iran in Iranian Occupied Balochistan and several are on death row waiting to be executed. Iran continues to kill Baloch youth under different pretexts in order to justify her crimes against humanity.
Ghulam Hussain Baloch of Baloch Human Rights Council (UK) urged the Baloch leadership to unite on one point agenda of Independence and form a collective struggle against the occupying forces in Balochistan. He said because of lack of unity the enemy is killing Baloch leaders and most talented activists one by one. “We have to unite to save our land and people”, said Mr Baloch.
Shahab Baloch, spokesperson of Baluchistan Raaji Zrombesh, said that after years of political, cultural and economic exploitation by the states’ of Iran and Pakistan the Baloch have come to the conclusion that freedom is need of hour. “We have experienced throughout years that these occupying states are alive at our cost, they are killing us in order to prolong their lives”. He said we can no longer co-exist with such states where being Baloch and speaking Balochi is considered a crime.
Estella, the founder of CAMPACC (Community against criminalising Communities) has stress the need to International solidarity and help among Baloch and other oppressed Nation. He urged the Baloch diaspora to write their MPs and have meeting with foreign offices in the respective countries of their residence in order to inform them about the plight of Baloch people both in Iranian occupied and Pakistan occupied Balochistan.
Baloch patriot leader Hyrbyair Marri after paying tributes to Baloch Martyrs said that Pakistan a country that was made in the name of Islam to protect the Muslims have occupied another Islamic country [Balochistan] with a year of its coming into being. Later on another Muslim state [Bengladesh] took birth because of Pakistan brutal and discriminatory acts. Such acts of Pakistan have proven that this country has in fact weakened and divided Muslims instead of strengthening and uniting them.
He said Baloch people have never opted to join Pakistan and the Khan of Kalat as an individual had no such authority to merge a sovereign state with Pakistan without the consent Baloch people. The both houses of Balochistan had also unanimously rejected the idea of joining Pakistan hence the so called accession treaty was under duress which holds to validity and importance for the Baloch. Baloch had resisted the occupation then and they are still resisting against foreign invaders.
He said Pakistan carried out five major military operations in Balochistan killing thousands of innocent men, women and children in each of these military offensives. The most recent operation which started in 2000 is still continuing. Pointing at the pictures of Baloch Martyrs and enforced-disappeared person Mr Marri said that “all these men, women and elderly have been either killed or made disappeared by the state functionaries for merely being Baloch and asking their right to live a free life on a sovereign land.
In question and answer session Hyrbyair Marri while answering to a question about Baloch Unity said that he was for Unity and would be willing to join hands with anyone who supports and works for the Independence of Balochistan. however, He made it clear that he will not sit together with those who are legitimising Pakistan's illegal occupation over Baloch land by supporting Pakistani parliamentarian system, a system that legitimises Pakistan's occupation of Baloch land and regards Balochistan as part of Pakistan. "We have to draw a line between our true friends and friends in disguise. We should not hesitate to speak against those who are collaborating with the occupying state in one way or other".
Other speakers included Ibrahim and Ali of Al-Ahwaz Organisation for Defence of Human Rights and International Coalition against Impunity of Iran respectively. Babak, a representative of South Azerbaijan Independent Party also spoke at the event.

Dear comrades and Honorable, chief guest.
I would like to salute the great Martyrs of my nation who have laid their lives for a great cause. Brave sons and daughters of the great nation have nurtured the soil of Balochistan with their blood. As Mulla Ghulam Rasool said “If you see sun red…..any redness in flowers. These must be the blood of my people.”
Balochistan was an independent state and Pakistani army occupied at gunpoint on 27 March 1948. First resistance begun by Aga Abdul karim khan along with his comrades who fought back the occupying forces, Later on Nawab Noroz Khan continued the freedom struggle. The everlasting struggle of Baloch nation to regain Independence has been going on continuously till date. Due to consistent resistance of Baloch freedom fighters, the Pakistani army is on the verge of defeat. While the victory waits for Baloch nation. We will resist till the last personnel of Pakistani occupying forces leaves Balochistan.
The Pakistani army and its paramilitary forces have failed to fight Baloch guerilla fighters. Now they have begun the dirty war to eliminate the political leaders, activists, students, teachers and civilian who support the freedom movement, the Pakistani forces have abducted more than 8000 Baloch people and their whereabouts are unknown till date. More than 180 bullet riddle bodies of Baloch missing persons have been discovered. Due to such brutal actions of occupying state the freedom movement is gain momentum and more support from Baloch nation, more Baloch are joining the freedom movement .The relatives are proud of their kin’s who sacrificed their lives for Freedom and they will never be forgotten.
The Baloch nation has warned the world that Pakistan is a failed state and she lost her reliability of being before the International Community. Pakistan is playing double game with world. Pakistani army is threat to the security and peace of this region and entire world. Nevertheless Independent Balochistan is the only alternative against Pakistani fundamentalism.
Baloch national movement is a significant part of Baloch freedom struggle. It is playing a leading role in political ground .Our hundreds of supporters and activists have been abducted and a large number of BNM leaders have been extra judicially killed and their decomposed dead bodies have recovered from different places. B.N.M knows that sacrifices are necessary to achieve National Liberation. .Baloch National Movement (B.N.M) knows this fact that many anti-Baloch forces are active in deferent parts of the world to mislead International community regarding Baloch national struggle. BNM say it load and clear that our struggle is not for so called autonomy neither we demand the right to self-determination because Baloch were never a legal of Pakistan. The Baloch Martyrs gave their lives for Independence and National liberation. We support all powers and organization who are working for our National liberation
The Baloch nation has pledged to fight against the occupying states till the liberation of Baluchistan.

Their heroism will not be in vain. You will triumph. No tyranny lasts forever. Pakistani colonialism will be defeated. Balochistan will win back its independence. Through all your trials and tribulations, remember this: Baloch freedom has been long delayed, but it cannot be denied."
