BLF demands Iqbal Baloch’s release in exchange for FC soldiers, Seven Pakistani soldiers killed in Balochistan

Occupied Balochistan: A spokesman of Baloch liberation Front Doda Baloch has claimed that two FC personnel are in his organisation’s custody, if they government of Pakistan wants their safe release they must give Iqbal Baloch ‘who was abducted in 2007’ to us (BLF). Iqbal Baloch was abducted from Thump region of Makran, Balochistan, and has been missing ever since. Last month National Crisis Management Cell report claimed that Iqbal Baloch has passed away. “If Iqbal Baloch is alive he must be released and if he has been killed in custody his body must be returned, in exchange we will hand over the FC soldiers to the government of Pakistan otherwise there is no guarantee of them returning back home alive.”, said the BLF spokesman.


He further claimed that BLF fighters targeted an FC vehicle on fish harbour road on Thursday; the prime target was colonel Barqi. He said seven FC soldiers died in the attack but they were still unsure whether colonel Barqi also died or has he been injured. Doda Baloch rejected the Pakistani media and head of the security forces claims that their seven personnel were killed in Waziristan. He said on the contrary seven Pakistani security personnel including a captain were killed on fish harbour road in Gwader, Balochistan on Thursday, and BLF claims the responsibility of the attack on the Pakistani security forces.


He said Pakistani army by issuing such misleading statement on media was trying to get more funds from the International Community in the name of war on terror in Wazirstana and tribal areas. Hence the international supporters of Pakistan must take notice of such blatant lies of Pakistani security forces.
