Two more Baloch went missing from coastal town of Gwadar

Occupied Balochistan,GWADAR:Two more Baloch youths went missing from the Balochistan’s coastal town of Gwadar.According to the Balochistan’s national newspaper ‘’Daily Tawar’’ and local sources reported that Ghulam Rasool Baloch and Shamim Baloch went missing from Sunday evening of 17-04-2011 just a day before the Pakistan army chief visit to the Gwadar town.Both of the friends went for a picnic to the ‘’Koh e Bathel’’ which is the only famous picnic point for the locals of the town,since then their whereabouts are unknown and mobile phones are switched off.

Ghulam Rasool Baloch is basically belong to the Mand town but from last several years living and doing business in Gwadar,while Shamim Baloch is a resident of ‘’Kech’’ and was a guest of Ghulam Rasool.It is worth mentioning here that there’s a Navy base situated on ‘’Koh e Bathel’’ and surroundings are in complete control of the Pakistani forces.There are several checkposts of security forces from entrance of Gwadar town to the Koh e bathel where these forces humiliate the locals on daily basis if one intends to go for a picnic as it’s a only amusement place for the locals.The local believes that they have been abducted by the Pakistani forces as it’s a routine practice of the intelligence agencies in throughout Balochistan.

Pakistan military and intelligence agencies has previously abducted more than a dozen Baloch youths of district Gwadar in last one year from the houses,highways in the presence of public and there are witnesses of each individual cases ,but eight of those abducted Baloch has been brutally tortured to the death in Pakistan military custody namely Shaheed Lala Hameed,Shaheed Ahmed Dad,Shaheed Naseer Kamalan,Shaheed Comrade Qayum ,Shaheed Mehboob Wadhela,Shaheed Abdul Rehman Arif,Shaheed Yasir Baloch and Shaheed Arif Noor ,while the fate of remaining abducted persons is unknown like the thousands of other Baloch.It should be noted that morethan 8,000 Baloch are abducted by the Pakistani occupying forces and over 130 youths killed in Pakistan military torture cells.
