Baluch Community Norway protested against forced-disappearance of Baluch activists

Oslo: The Baloch community in Norway, held a demonstration in front of the Norwegian Foreign Ministry on Friday, August 6th, against disappearance of her citizen Ehsan Arjumani, as well as all other disappearances in Balochistan, including the recent abduction of Zakir Majeed Baluch. The protesters held the pictures of Baluch Martyrs and disappeared Baluch.

A Memorandum has also been submitted to the Norwegian Foreign Ministry on behalf of Baluch Community Norway. The theme of the Memorandum was the extra-judicial arrest and abduction of thousands of Baluch activists at the hand of Pakistan's and Iran's intelligence agencies. The Memorandum was also to express the collective concern of the Baluch Nation on the criminal tendency of the world towards Baluchistan. It further said that Baluch people are being illegally arrested and abducted from both sides of the artificial border. There only fault is that they do not agree with the states' repressive policies.

The Baluch Community expressed grave concerns over the cold-blooded murder of Baluch leaders and activists in the captivity of Pakistani authorities saying that “from Past one year Baluch political prisoners are being killed in cold-blood and their bodies dumps in deserted areas”. It is worth mentioning that recently the tortured and bullet riddled bodies of six Baluch prisoners had been discovered from different locations in Quetta.

The Baluch Community urged the Norwegian Foreign Ministry that, Norway, as a member of NATO and a member state of the United Nations should raise its voice against Pakistan's and Iran's state terrorism in Baluchistan.
