After 4 sessions of the Forum on Minority Issues and 6 years of the Independent Expert on Minority Issues, minority matters have gained increased attention at the UN. To what extent has the interaction between minority representatives and the UN - and diplomatic missions, NGOs etc - also increased or improved? How efficient is the minority input to the UN? How can it be further improved?
