QUETTA: The missing person, whose bullet-riddled dead body was recovered the other day from Dasht area in Mastung District, has been identified as Faiz Mohammad Marri, the son of Haji Jalal Khan Marri.
Sources said Mr. Marri had been subjected to enforced disappearance on November 6, 2010 from Karachi.
He will be buried in the New Kahan graveyard today.
The Baloch National Voice (BNV), while condemning Mr. Marri’s murder, said the government’s policy of “kill and dump” was unlikely to dim the spirit of Balochs in their quest for independence. The Balochs will not get tired of carrying the dead bodies of those who are killed during the freedom movement, said one BNV spokesman.
