Karachi: Protest against killing of Professor Razaq Baloch

The Baloch Human Rights Organisation staged a protest demonstration on Saturday outside Karachi Press Club against the killing of Khuzdar Degree College Professor Mr Razaq Zehri Baloch.

The protesters were carrying banners and placard imprinted with pictures of Professor Baloch, slogans against attacks on Baloch educationists and other human rights violations in Balochistan.

Talking to media the representative of BHRO said that the proxy death squad of Pakistan military target killed Professor Razaq Baloch and seriously injured his colleague Mr Hakeem Baloch in Chakar Khan Road area of Khuzdar, Balochistan.

They further said that the only fault of Professor Baloch was that he was educating the children of Baloch nation. BRO leaders said, “In civilised world teachers have a high place but in Balochistan the Pakistani security forces are brutally target killing Baloch teachers and professors.”

They said previously a Professor of Balochistan University, Mr Saba Dashtyari, was also target killed by intelligence agencies of Pakistan.

They further said Baloch teacher, intellectuals, doctors, journalists, students and people from all spheres of life have been abducted and target killed by state forces. “The Pakistan army, FC, ATF and other forces are directly involved in such brutal murders of most educated section of Baloch society. These force are violating the human rights of Baloch people,” Said the BRO.
