OPEN LETTER TO MR. HU JINTAO GENERAL SECRETARY OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Your country has from the beginning of the seventies, started investing in the occupied Baluchistan with permission, cooperation and support from the Pakistanian government.

To inform you and your party, we mention that Baluchistan was free and independent after the second world war. But on 27. March 1948 was occupied by the Pakistani army and was incorporated in Pakistan. Western Baluchistan was already occupied by Iranian army which was supported by British colonial forces in 1928.

China Metallurgical Company with dozens of state-owned companies exploiting natural resources and minerals in Baluchistan. These companies have signed many contracts with Pakistani army, Sepah e Pasdaran, and the Pakistanian and Iranian governments. They ignore the national rights and human rights of the Baluch people.

China Metallurgical Company and your government has signed several contracts with General Musharraf in 2003 on natural resources in the occupied Baluchistan. "Saindek" contract is one of them. Their company extracts Gold, Cobber and Silver in Saindek while millions of baluchis live in poverty.
Since China is committed to respect human rights, international law, justice and civil rights of United Nations conventions and You are the Communists and civilized leaders, we expect that you disclose details of "Saindek" contract and other agreements on natural resources in Baluchistan.
