QUETTA: The Balochistan National Party (BNP) on Friday staged a protest outside the local press club against the alleged ongoing operation, non-recovery of the missing persons and target killings.
The demonstration was led by BNP Central Secretary Information Agha Hasan Baloch. The participants of the demo were carrying banners and placards inscribed with the slogans in support of their demands.
The speakers, on the occasion, strongly condemned the alleged ongoing operation and demanded of the government to halt it immediately. They also condemned the recovery of the decomposed bodies of the Baloch youths from various parts of the province, saying that the human rights violations are continuing in the province, but the government seems to be totally oblivious to the situation.
They alleged that the Baloch nation is being given the gifts of the decomposed bodies, but those behind it can’t suppress it at any cost.The speakers also appealed to the international human rights organizations to take notice of what they said extra-judicial arrests and killings in the province.
