Kamel Mom Sheikh, son of Mohammad was condemned by branch two of Naqadeh's court (west Azerbaijan Province) headed by Rasoul Gholami to 2 years and 8 months hard-labor prison term charged with 'being a member of a Kurd opposition party' and 'having propagation activities'; he protested the decree and sent his complaint to the Orumieh Province's revision court.
"This 37 years old citizen was summoned on May 8th by Naqadeh's intelligence bureau, was detained for three days and then released on 300 million rials (about $11.500) bail," said and informed source.
Mr. Mom Sheikh was also previously under custody of Naqadeh's security organs on the same charges.
