Why I support Baluchistan

There has been quite a stir since I introduced a resolution this year calling for recognition of the right to self-determination by the people of Baluchistan. I drafted the measure after a Feb. 8 hearing by the House Foreign Affairs subcommittee on oversight and investigations that exposed horrific violations of human rights by Pakistan security forces in Baluchistan. The U.S. State Department, Amnesty International and other human rights groups have verified and denounced the extrajudicial killings, kidnappings, disappearances, illegal detention and torture being used by Pakistani authorities to suppress Baluch aspirations to control their own affairs.
Some allege that my willingness to raise this subject has harmed U.S.-Pakistan relations. Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has condemned the legislation. Pakistan’s Foreign Office twice summoned the U.S. charge d’affaires in Islamabad to protest the resolution. Pakistani media have published a host of angry editorials, and street protests greeted a U.S. congressional delegation to Islamabad shortly after I introduced House Concurrent Resolution 104.
Well, to paraphrase Shakespeare, methinks Islamabad doth protest too much. In fact, Pakistani elites are upset not about lies but the truth.
Anouncements : Conference on Balochi Language and Musical concert in London
The event is dedicated to Shaheed Ustaad Saba Dashtyari Baloch on commemoration of his first martyrdom anniversary.
London: Baloch Cultural Society [BCS] (UK) is organising a one-day cultural event on Balochi language and Music. The BCS has requested Baloch activists from Europe, UK and the diaspora to attend the event.
The one day conference is comprised of speeches on Baloch language and role of Baloch singers, Balochi poetry and the Baloch revolutionary singer Saeed Borhanzahi Rind Baloch will be singing live.
It is second conference by BCS about Balochi language. We hope that Baloch activists will spare one day for the sake of Balochi language and music to attend this cultural event.

هشدار ملک عبدالله به آمریکا: اگر ایران سلاح هسته ای داشته باشد، ما هم به دنبال چنین سلاحی می رویم
دنیس راس مشاور سابق اوباما در امور ایران گفت: ملک عبدالله پادشاه عربستان صریحا به امریکا هشدار داده است که اگر ایران سلاح هسته ای داشته باشد، عربستان هم به دنبال چنین سلاحی می رود.
به گزارش سرویس بین الملل انتخاب به نقل از هاارتص، وی گفت: عبدالله به من گفت، اگر انها(ایران) سلاح هسته ای به دست بیاورند، ما هم سلاح هسته ای در اختیار خواهیم گرفت.
دنیس راس، افزود: پس از اظهارات پادشاه عربستان، من در خصوص عدم تکثیر سلاح هسته ای سخن گفتم اما پس از آن ملک عبدالله باز هم این جمله را تکرار کرد: اگر انها(ایران) سلاح هسته ای به دست بیاورند، ما هم سلاح هسته ای در اختیار خواهیم گرفت.
راس اضافه کرد: اینکه انتظار پیشرفت در مذاکرات ایران و امریکا را داشته باشیم، واقع بینانه نیست.

شديدترين هشدار سازمان ملل در برابر ويروس "فليم" يا شعله در ايران
اين ويروس کامپيوترى از بالاترين ميزان تخريب برخوردار است

آژانس هميارى کشورها در بناى زير ساختها، از نهادهاى تابع سازمان ملل متحد هشدار شديد اللحنى را عليه يک نوع ويروس جديد کامپيوترى صادر کرد که بطور عمده کامپيوترهاى دولتى ايران را هدف تخريب خود قرارداده است.
اين ويروس که "فليم" يا شعله نام دارد، برنامه هاى صنعت نفت ايران را مورد تهاجم قرار داده و طبق آخرين گزارشها به بخشهاى ديگرى در ايران و بعضى از کشورهاى مرتبط بويژه در خاورميانه راه يافته است.
مارکو اوبيسو هماهنگ کننده امنيت الکترونيک در اتحاديه بين المللى شبکه هاى ارتباطات، وابسته به سازمان ملل متحد، در اين رابطه گفت: "اين شديدترين هشدارى است که نسبت به خطر يک ويروس کامپيوترى مى دهيم ".
وى در يک مصاحبه که متن آن را "رويترز" مخابره کرده است، گفت: هشدار ويژه ما که تفاصيل آن به همه کشورهاى عضو سازمان ملل خواهد رسيد، مبتنى بر اين است که ويروس "فليم" يک ابزار تجسسى خطرناک است که هدف از آن تخريب يک زيرساخت حساس است.
از سوى ديگر يک شرکت روسى سازنده نرم افزارهاى ضد ويروس، اعلام کرد که ويروس جديد بسيار مخربى را کشف کرده است که ميزان تخريبش بى سابقه است.
اين شرکت گفته است که ويروس کشف شده، به عنوان يک "سلاح الکترونيک" از سوى غرب و اسرائيل عليه ايران بکار رفته است.
ايران نيز به نوبه خود فاش ساخت که ويروسى با اين مشخصات کشف کرده و توانسته است، برنامه اى عليه آن بسازد که قادر به شناخت ويروس مخرب و خنثى کردن عملکرد آن است.
"کاسپرسکى لاب" که يکى از بزرگترين شرکت هاى سازنده نرم افزارهاى ضد ويروس در سطح جهان به شمار مى آيد، با صدور بيانيه اى اعلام کرد که کارشناسان اين شرکت ضمن شناسايى ويروس "فليم" اتحاديه بين المللى ارتباطات را در جريان گذاشته اند.
گفتنى است که ايران يک ماه پيش خبر از آن داد که تهاجم ويروس خاصى را عليه کامپيوترهاى خود در صنعت نفت متوقف کرده است.
شرکت روسى "کاسپرسکى لاب" مى گويد: خطر ويروس فليم بيش از 20 برابر ويروس استاکس نت که در سال 2010 در صنايع اتمى ايران يافته شد، مى باشد.

ازدیاد تنش در روابط میان ایالات متحده و پاکستان --- نوشتۀ عزیز احمد فرد
رئیس کل سازمان استخبارات پاکستان، آی اس آی، سفری را که به ایالات متحده داشت به عقب انداخت. طی این سفر قرار بود، او با رئیس سازمان استخباراتی ایالات متحده، سی آی ای، ملاقات کند.

اگر چه این قرار ملاقات منتفی نشده است، و تنها آنرا به عقب انداخته اند، ولی با آنهم، متعاقب مشکلاتیکه در اجلاس شیکاگو، باعث شد، که رئیس جمهور پاکستان و دبیر کل ناتو، از ملاقات مستقیم خود داری کنند، این خبر هم، حاکی از موجودیت تنش، در روابط میان دو کشور است. این در حالیست که رسماً، پاکستان و ایالات متحده، در جنگ بر ضد تروریسم، متحد همدیگر استند.
این خبر را ارتش پاکستان، بصورت بسیار خلاصه، طی یک پیامک تلفونی به مطبوعات فرستاده و گفته است که، جنرال ظهیرالدین، به دلیل مسئولیت های عاجل در داخل پاکستان، نمیتواند این سفر را انجام بدهد و در عین زمان، یکی از سخنگویان ارتش پاکستان تاکید کرده است که بجز از این موضوع، هیچ مشکل دیگری وجود ندارد. جنرال ظهیرالدین، طی ماه جاری، توسط داوید پیتراووس، رئیس سازمان سی آی ای، به این ملاقات دعوت شده بود.
روابط میان دو کشور، از مدتی به اینسو خراب شده است. نقطۀ آغاز خرابی این روابط را اکثر ناظران، قتل بن لادن توسط نیروهای امریکایی، در داخل خاک پاکستان میدانند. در ماه می سال گذشته، نیروهای خاص امریکایی، بن لادن را، بدون آگاهی دادن به پاکستانی ها، به قتل رساندند. و حکومت پاکستان، هرگز این عمل ایالات متحده را قبول نکرد. قضای پاکستان هم، متعاقب این مسایل، یکی از جاسوسان سی آی ای را، که در پاکستان دستگیر شده است، به سی و سه سال زندان محکوم کرد. محکوم شدن این شخص، به جرم همکاری با نیروهای امریکایی، در حملۀ ابوت آباد، البته با واکنش منفی ایالات متحده روبرو شد.
از شش ماه به اینسو، همچنان، پاکستان به لاری ها (کامیون) های اکمالاتی نیروهای ناتو هم، اجازۀ عبور از خاکش را نمیدهد. این تصمیم متعاقب یک حملۀ دیگر نیروهای امریکایی گرفته شد، که طی آن، بیست و چهار تن از سربازان مرزی پاکستانی، توسط نیروهای امریکایی کشته شدند.
تغیر نظر امریکاییان، در مورد پاکستان، و نقش این کشور در ناامنی های افغانستان، موضوع گفتگوی ماست، با نصیر احمد فرهمند، استاد فلسفه در دانشگاه تعلیم و تربیۀ کابل. آقای فرهمند، میگوید که خرابی روابط میان این دو کشور از حملۀ امریکا به ابیت آباد، برای کشتن بن لادن آغاز شد. این حمله، همچنان، ماهیت دوگانۀ پاکستان را افشا کرد. طی این حمله مشخص شد که پاکستان در عین زمانیکه ادعای همکاری با ائتلاف ضد تروریستی را دارد، به بن لادن در داخل خاک خود پناه داده بود. این موضوع میتواند در آینده منجر به تجدید نظر عمومی امریکاییان، در مورد مسایل مربوط به این منطقۀ جهان شود.
’آزاد بلوچستان کے علاوہ بات نہیں ہو گی‘
براہمداغ بگٹی نے کہا ہے کہ آزاد بلوچستان پر کسی صورت کوئی سودا نہیں ہوگا۔
’یہ صرف ون پوائنٹ ایجنڈہ ہوگا، جو بھی ہم سے بات کرنا چاہے بات کر لے اس سے باہر بات نہیں ہو گی۔‘ یہ بات براہمداغ بگٹی نے بی بی سی اردو سروس سے سوئٹزرلینڈ میں ایک انٹرویو میں کہی۔
دوسری اہم بات انہوں نے یہ کہی کہ اگر نیٹو کے ممالک کو بلوچستان کے راستے سے سپلائی چاہیے تو ان کو بلوچوں کو اعتماد میں لینا ہوگا اور اگر ایران کی گیس آتی ہے یا ترکمانستان اور افغانستان کی کوئی سپلائی آتی ہے، اس کے لیے بھی بلوچوں کو اعتماد میں لیے بغیر گاڑی چل نہیں سکے گی۔

Pakistan has no legitimate right to stop NATO supplies passing from Balochistan: Hyrbyair Marri
London: Baloch patriotic leader Hyrbyair Marri said that instead conditioning the aid cut to Dr Shakeel Afridi’s Jail term the US should completely stop supporting Pakistan because Saudi Arab and other fanatic states, which always supported Pakistan in time of need, can compensate Pakistan with twice as much as 33 million dollars. The only way to put an end to Pakistan’s bullying in the region is to fully stop her military and financial support.
The trial of Dr. Shakeel Afridi and convicting him of treason is clearly evident that Osama Bin Laden was an important asset for Pakistan. Osama was kept by ISI for a whole decade and when the US found him near Kakol base that was a big blow to the Pakistani secret services. Pakistan out of rage stopped NATO supply line using US attack on Salala check post as an excuse.
The Baloch leader said that Pakistan has no legitimate reasons for blocking NATO supplies because the NATO supply trucks go through Balochistan to reach Afghanistan. From Karachi to Afghanistan the NATO supply go through Baloch territories, which is under Pakistan’s occupation from past 65 years. Pakistan has no right to act as owner of Balochistan.
Mr Marri further said that Pakistan was destabilising Afghanistan and world peace. Demanding extortion from US in return of opening NATO supply confirms our (Baloch) stance that Pakistan is not only promoting terrorism but also blackmailing the International Community in order to expand her hooliganism around the World. We have time and again warned International Community about Pakistan double crossing them. Pakistan is like a snake, which stings the very hand that feeds it.
The ground realities confirm that none other than Pakistani Intelligence agencies and Military personnel are involved in destroying and setting ablaze the NATO supply trucks. Pakistani security forces and its death squads abduct and torture to death Baloch youth under-custody and dump their bodies in deserted areas. It is also the Pakistani troops that disguise as Taliban to attack NATO supplies and foreign troops in Afghanistan. It is crystal clear that Pakistani security forces and Taliban are the two sides of the same coin with one objective. Pakistan, surviving on foreign money & weapons, is involved in plundering our resources and is using all its might to wipe out Baloch identity.
The Baloch leader said that on one hand International community claims to be opposing religious extremism but at the same time they are openly supporting fanatic states like Pakistan that demonstrates their lake of judgement. There should be no doubt about the fact that Pakistan and Iran are directly responsible for the spread of extremism around the world. Despite such evidence The International Community and U.S are supporting Pakistan which tantamount to giving succour to religious extremists.
It has been proved that the more aid America and Western powers gives to Pakistan the more harm will be inflicted on them in Afghanistan. Because Pakistan is using the same aid not only to sustain her occupying forces in Balochistan but also a significant amount of the aid is being used against ISAF to strengthen and arm the Taliban.
The Baloch leader termed the 28 May 1998 atomic blast in Balochistan as a violation of International laws and state terrorism by Pakistan. He said even after 14 years of the blast Baloch Children, women and elderly continue to suffer from mysterious skin diseases and cancer due to huge nuclear radiations in Balochistan and in particular in Chaghi area. By the passage of time these illnesses are intensifying due to which several people have lost their lives and hundreds of abnormal children are born every year.
The Baloch leader said it was a great tragedy that after the atomic blasts, impartial experts have never been brought into the area to measure the scale of nuclear radiation. Hyrbyair Marri criticising the Pakistani media, said that in Pakistan if someone dies due to fever or natural death the media highlights it. In Balochistan an entire population of Baloch are dying because of atomic radiation but the media is completely silent on such a human tragedy.
He said Pakistan made the atomic bomb from the Uranium found in Balochistan and named it Islamic Bomb, which is disastrous not only for the existence of human beings but also for other creations of God, calling it Islamic Bomb illustrates Pakistan’s religious fanaticism. The Baloch leader termed the Atomic blast by Pakistan in Balochistan as systematic Genocide of Baloch people and an extension of illegal occupation of Balochistan, which started from 27 March 1948.
Hyrbyair Marri urged the International Community to take practical notice of Pakistan’s atrocities against Baloch people and the illegal occupation of Balochistan. Talking about advancement of Baloch National Movement Mr Marri said that because of the sacrifices of Baloch Nation, the freedom movement has gained momentum and international sympathy in a short period of time.
“We hope that soon the world will fully support the Baloch liberation struggle and recognise the Independent status of Balochistan because we are gradually succeeding in convincing the world that free Balochistan can play a vital role in stabilising the region and bringing peace on International level. Independent Balochistan will be a natural ally of International Community against religious extremism. Free and United Balochistan is need of the hour, for bringing peace in Central Asia, especially for rebuilding and stability of Afghanistan”, said Hyrbyair Marri

در پی اظهارات اخیر مولوی اسحاق مدنی، مشاور رییس جمهور در امور اهل سنت، در جمع هیأت رسانه ای مصری، جمعی از اساتید حوزه علمیه دارالعلوم زاهدان طی نامه ای سرگشاده ضمن انتقاد از سخنان وی، این اظهارات را خلاف واقع دانستند.
متن این نامه بدین شرح است:

سلام علیکم
مدتی قبل روزنامه "الیوم السابع" مصری، سخنان شما را که در جمع هیئت رسانه ای مصری در تهران ایراد نموده بودید، منتشر کرد.
حضرتعالی گفته بودید: «از شهرهاي سني نشین، نمايندگان سني مذهب در مجلس حضور دارند.... در زمان شاه، اهل تسنن هيچ نماينده اي در مجلس شورا نداشتند اما امروز 20 نماينده سني مذهب داريم».
این سخنان جنابعالی که در خبرگزاری فارس نیز منتشر شده است، با اعتراضات بعضی از مردم مواجه شده است و با واقعیت مطابقت ندارد؛ زیرا در زمان شاه، جمعی از اهل سنت در مجلس شورای ملی حضور داشته اند؛ به طور نمونه، تنها از بلوچستان، امان الله خان ریگی، سرگرد خدادادخان ریگی، بهمن خان بارکزئی، کریم بخش سعیدی و محمدخان میرلاشاری به عنوان نماینده در مجلس شاه حضور داشته اند.
طبق بررسی های انجام گرفته، ظرفیت 50 نماینده در هر دوره از مناطق سنی نشین در مجلس شورای اسلامی کاملا موجود است، اما متأسفانه شورای نگهبان با رد صلاحیت، به اهل سنت اجازه ورود به صحنه رقابتی انتخابات در بسیاری از مناطق را اصلاً نمی دهد. به طور مثال از زابل، دو نماینده و از هر یک از شهرستانهای بندرعباس و کرمانشاه سه نماینده در مجلس حضور دارند، در حالی که چهل در صد جمعیت این مناطق اهل سنت هستند و با توجه به انسجام اهل سنت، آنها به راحتی می توانستند از هر یکی از این مناطق، یک نماینده را به مجلس بفرستند، اما بهترین افراد را در هر دوره رد صلاحیت کرده اند.
جنابعالی در بخش دیگری از سخنان خویش گفته اید: «البته نبودن وزير سني در دولت امر طبیعی است زیرا وزرا از حزب حاکم انتخاب می شوند و آنها در حزب حاکم حضور ندارند چرا كه اهل تسنن تنها 10 درصد جمعيت ايران هستند».

اولا، مبنای تعیین وزرا، حضور در حزب حاکم نیست؛ ثانیا، برخی از اهل سنت در حزب حاکم نیز حضور دارند، اما تا کنون هیچ فردی از آنها به عنوان وزیر انتخاب نشده است.

برای کشوری که شعار وحدت اسلامی را در جهان سر می دهد، مناسب است که ابتداءً عملا این شعار را در کشور خود پیاده کند تا دیگر کشورها نیز از آن الگو بگیرند، اما متأسفانه اینچنین نشده است. اگر به برخی کشورهای غیر اسلامی بنگریم متوجه می شویم که در هیئت وزیران، برخی وزرای مسلمان حضور دارند؛ به طور مثال، چند سال پیش برای اولین بار رژیم اشغالگر قدس که در نژادپرستی شاید اولین رژیم در جهان باشد، اما حداقل برای تبلیغات و نشان دادن به دنیا، یک وزیر عرب مسلمان را جزو هیئت وزیران انتخاب کردند. پس از انتخابات اخیر فرانسه، نخست وزیر این کشور نیز سه وزیر مسلمان را به رئیس جمهور جدید معرفی کرد. اما متاسفانه ما مسلمانان دوراندیشی نداریم.
طبق آمارهای بررسی شده که با واقعیت مطابقت دارد، اهل سنت نه 10% بلکه به طور متوسط 20% جمعیت ایران را تشکیل می دهند و همانطور که مستحضرید، نه تنها وزیر، بلکه معاون وزیر، معاون رییس جمهور، استاندار، سفیر و حتی کاردار سفارت و سرکنسول از اهل سنت منصوب نشده است. نیروهای مسلح از وجود اهل سنت پاکسازی شده است، در حالی که هیچ کس نمی تواند ادعا کند که اهل سنت کوچکترین خیانتی در انجام وظیفۀ خود در نیروهای مسلح کرده باشند. این در حالی است که در رژیم شاه در استخدام نیروهای مسلح فرقی بین اقوام و مذاهب نبود و افراد زیادی از اهل سنت دارای درجات نظامی عالی بودند.
در کجای دنیا سراغ دارید که با اقلیت برادران شیعه و یا دیگر اقلیتهای موجود، چنان رفتاری صورت گرفته باشد؟ با این همه ادعای وحدت، به اهل سنت حتی اجازه تشکیل حزب را نمی دهند! حتی در کلان شهرهایی مثل تهران، اصفهان، کرمان، یزد و... نه تنها به اهل سنت اجازه ساختن مسجد داده نمی شود، بلکه آنها برای اقامۀ نمازهای جمعه و عیدین با مشکل روبرو هستند.

برادران اهل سنت به خوبی میدانند که جنابعالی را فقط برای نام، به عنوان «مشاور رییس جمهور در امور اهل سنت» منصوب نموده اند؛ نه از شما مشورت گرفته می شود و نه به حرف شما توجه می کنند و به کرّات این مسئله تجربه شده است.

از آنجایی که اهل سنت از تبعیضات و نابرابری رنج می برند و فشارهای مذهبی، اخیرا مضاعف شده است، بهتر است جنابعالی به جای چنین اظهارنظرهایی با رسانه های دنیا، سکوت را ترجیح دهید. البته خدماتی را که جمهوری اسلامی انجام داده است، حق جمهوری اسلامی است که بازگو شوند، اما ذکر موارد خلاف واقعیت، باعث ناراضگی خداوند متعال و رنجش مردم می شود.
برادران و خواهران اهل سنت موقعیت را به خوبی تشخیص می دهند و از من و شما انتظار دفاع از حقوقشان را ندارند، اما حداقل انتظار آنها این است که با اظهارات خلاف واقع، باعث افزایش رنج و آزردگی خاطر آنها نشویم.

حمایت من از اصلاحات در قانون اساسی افغانستان برای غیرمتمرکز کردن قدرت است - دانا روهراباکر عضو مجلس نمایندگان آمریکا از ایالت کالیفرنیا
مطمئنم که آنچه کرزی از آن احساس خطر می‌کند، حمایت من از اصلاحات در قانون اساسی افغانستان برای غیر متمرکز کردن قدرت است
توضیح بی‌بی‌سی: دولت افغانستان در روز ۲۵ آوریل از ورود دانا روهراباکر، عضو کنگره آمریکا به افغانستان جلوگیری کرد. آقای روهراباکر قرار بود با شماری از چهره های سیاسی اپوزیسیون دولت در کابل دیدار کند. پس از آن وقتی حامد کرزی برای شرکت در اجلاس اخیر ناتو به شیکاگو رفت، در مصاحبه با تلویزیون سی‌ان‌ان گفت که آقای روهراباکر، خواهان تجزیه افغانستان است و می خواهد در امور داخلی افغانستان مداخله کند و قانون اساسی این کشور را تغییر دهد. او گفت که تا زمانی که این عضو کنگره آمریکا چنین نظراتی داشته باشد، اجازه ورود به افغانستان را نخواهد یافت. اما دانا روهراباکر، در مطلبی که برای بی‌بی‌سی فارسی نوشته است، روایت دیگری از ماجرا دارد.
از زمانی که رئیس جمهور حامد کرزی، درماه آوریل مانع ورود من به افغانستان شد، پرسش های زیادی در این مورد ایجاد شده است. او در ۲۱ ماه مه در مصاحبه‌ای که با شبکه سی‌ان‌ان داشت، من را متهم کرد که طرفدار تجزیه افغانستان هستم، در مسائل داخلی این کشور مداخله می‌کنم و تهدیدی برای نحوه زندگی مردم آن هستم.
احترام و عزت عمیقی که من به کشور و مردم افغانستان دارم بر همه رهبران قومی افغانستان روشن است.
یک انگیزه احتمالی که شاید کرزی را به ایراد این اتهامات سنگین واداشته این است که من به عنوان رئیس کمیته فرعی "نظارت و بررسی" که بخشی از کمیته روابط خارجی مجلس نمایندگان است، در حال بررسی اتهامات فساد که احتمالا حامد کرزی و خانواده اش در آن دخیل اند هستم. نفس مطرح بودن موضوع فساد، مشروعیت اداره کرزی و توانایی او را در برابر حملات طالبان زیر سئوال می برد.
من مطمئنم که آنچه کرزی از آن احساس خطر می‌کند، حمایت من از اصلاحات در قانون اساسی افغانستان برای غیر متمرکز کردن قدرت است.
آمریکا و افغانستان روز ۲۲ ماه آوریل "توافقنامه استراتژیک" را امضا کردند که بر اساس آن نیروهای آمریکایی ده سال بعد از سال ۲۰۱۴ همچنان در این کشور باقی خواهند ماند.
بعد از صرف ۵۲۰ میلیارد دلار در جنگ افغانستان، حالا ما باید میلیاردها دلار دیگر برای حمایت از نیروهای امنیتی و توسعه اقتصادی این کشور هزینه کنیم. بعد از خروج رسمی، ما احتمالا ۳۰ هزار سرباز آمریکایی را تا مدت نامعلومی در این کشور باقی خواهیم گذاشت.
با گذشت ده سال جنگ، صلح هنوز هم حتی در افق دور پدیدار نیست. ما باید بحث تغییر در استراتژی را آغاز کنیم. نفس اینکه مسئولیت های ناتو را به نیروهای افغان واگذار کنیم و بگذاریم آنها با همان استراتژی پیش بروند که خود ناتو در آن ناکام بود، چیزی را عوض نمی کند. این راه موفقیت نیست.
مردم افغانستان نیاز به انگیره ای دارند تا برای آن مبارزه کنند. ساختار مرکزی قدرت برای جامعه ای که هشتاد در صد مردم آن در روستاهای دور افتاده زندگی می کنند، مناسب نیست. اصلاح نظام سیاسی که به ایجاد یک ساختار فدرالی بیانجامد از سوی ازبک ها، تاجیک ها، ترکمن ها و هزاره های افغانستان مطرح شده است. این ایده من نبود. ولی من با نظر آنها موافقم.
متاسفانه، قانون اساسی افغانستان که در بن آلمان، در سال ۲۰۰۲ تدوین شد، محصول کار زلمی خلیلزاد، اولین سفیر آمریکا در افغانستان بعد از طالبان است که خود همانند آقای کرزی از قوم پشتون است.
جبهه شمال که عمدتا از غیر پشتون ها تشکیل شده و نماینده ۶۰ درصد جمعیت افغانستان است، با این برنامه مخالف بودند. خلیلزاد بر این باور بود که برای یکپارچه نگه داشتن کشوری مثل افغانستان که در آن تنوع قومی وجود دارد، نیاز به یک دولت مقتدر مرکزی است.
رهبری این ساختار باید همواره با بزرگترین اقلیت افغانستان، یعنی پشتون ها باشد. پشتون ها آنطرف مرز هم مرکزیت دارند، جایی که مهد خیزش طالبان است. یک جبهه متحد ضد طالبانی باید از گروه های مختلف قومی که انگیزه زیادی برای مبارزه با حملات طالبان دارند، ایجاد شود.
این کرزی است که والی ها، شهردار ها، رئیس پلیس و حتی استادان مکاتب/مدرسه ها را منصوب می کند. همه چیز از زیر دست او می گذرد. هر صدایی که برای انتقاد و یا اصلاح بلند می شود، کرزی آنرا "مداخله در امور داخلی" کشور می خواند و کشور را با خود مترداف می داند.
شاید به همین دلیل است که عده ای نگران اند که شاید کرزی بعد از ختم دوره دوم ریاست جمهوری خود که در سال ۲۰۱۴ خواهد بود، به دنبال باقی ماندن در قدرت باشد.
اگر روشن تر بگویم، جنگ افغانستان جنگ داخلی است. در سال ۲۰۰۱ این جنگ میان طالبان و جبهه شمال بود.
آمریکا وقتی وارد این جنگ شد که القاعده بعنوان شریک طالب، در روز ۱۱ سپتامبر ۲۰۰۱ در یک حمله ۳۰۰۰ آمریکایی را کشت.
جبهه شمال به دعوت ما لبیک گفت و ما با هم (آمریکا و جبهه شمال) طالبان را از کشور بیرون کردیم و آنها را به مراکز امن شان در پاکستان فرستادیم. بنا بر این درگیر بودن ما در امور داخلی افغانستان ضروری و مداوم بوده است.
آمریکا ۸۰ در صد بودجه دولت افغانستان را می پردازد. ما در کنگره آمریکا مسئولیت داریم که مطمئن شویم نتیجه آنچه مردم آمریکا هزینه اش را (در افغانستان) می پردازند، ایجاد یک دولت باثبات و توانا و جامعه ای است که می تواند از عهده مسئولیت های خود برآید و با افراط گرایی مبارزه کند.
جنگ داخلی افغانستان مداخلات خارجی فراتر از آمریکا و ناتو نیز داشته است. القاعد یک گروه خارجی بود. پاکستان که آرزوی تسلط بر افغانستان را دارد، از طالبان حتی حمایت نظامی کرد. روسیه و هند منافع مشترکی در ممانعت از گسترش افراط گرایی مورد حمایت پاکستان دارند. ما باید با هند و روسیه همکاری کرده و کمک مالی و همکاری با پاکستان متخاصم را پایان دهیم.
دوره کاری کرزی در سال ۲۰۱۴ تمام می شود. کرزی باید قبل از خروج نیروهای ما از افغانستان از ریاست جمهوری کناره گیری کند. این بهترین وقتی است که ما باید با تمام رهبران گروه های مختلف افغان صحبت کنیم و در مورد ساختار نظامی که از خود در این کشور به جا می گذاریم به توافق برسیم. تمام اقوام افغانستان باید در این ساختار حضور داشته باشند.
ما باید بهتر از گذشته عمل کنیم. ما در برابر مردم آمریکا و افغانستان مسئولیت داریم. باید مردم افغانستان را در ایجاد آینده بهتر کمک کنیم، و مردم آمریکا را از حملات جدیدی تروریستی محفوظ نگهداریم.

Washington, DC – One of about two dozen U.S. congressmen who are firmly convinced that Pakistan military is the worst enemy of the United States Wedneday condemned the sentencing of a man who helped trace Osama bin Laden.
Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-California), who is accused by Pakistan of being a firm supporter of zionism, demanded stick for Pakistan and help for Balochistan, which is the capital of enforced disappearances in the world.
Rohrabacher's statement followed Pakistan sentencing of Dr. Shakil Afridi to 30-33 years in prison for “high treason” because he helped the United States locate Osama Bin Laden.
Islamabad accuses Afridi of working for the C.I.A.
“This is decisive proof Pakistan sees itself as being at war with us,” says Rohrabacher.
At a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on February 29th, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called for Afridi’s release and said “I think his work on behalf of the effort to take down Bin Laden was in Pakistan’s interest, as well as the US interest.”
“There is no shared interest against Islamic terrorism,” Rohrabacher said. “On 9/11, Pakistan was coordinating the efforts of the Taliban who were in league with Osama Bin Laden. In 2012, Pakistan is still working very closely with the Taliban, whose leader Mullah Omar was plotting with Bin Laden right up until he was killed, according to documents taken from bin Laden’s Pakistan home. Pakistan was and remains a terrorist state.”
In February, Rep. Rohrabacher introduced two pieces of legislation to aid Dr. Afridi and draw attention to his desperate situation. HR 4069 would award Dr. Afridi the Congressional Gold Medal for his bravery in locating the world’s most wanted terrorist. HR 3901 is a bill that would grant Dr. Afridi U.S. citizenship, demonstrate America has not forgotten Dr. Afridi, and show the US stands by him in recognition of his selfless acts.
“I am very dismayed that neither of these bills has been brought to the House floor for a vote. Dr. Afridi came through for the American people, now it is our time to come through for him.”
Rep. Rohrabacher has been leading the fight in Congress to cut off all aid to Pakistan, $2.2 billion of which has been authorized.
“Advocates of aid argue we should draw a distinction between the civilian government and the military-intelligence cabal who are supporting terrorist groups that murder Americans,” says Rep. Rohrabacher, “but President Zadari's behavior at the NATO summit in Chicago indicates that he is either in league with the military or under their domination. Any money that goes to Islamabad will continue to end up in the pockets of people actively and deadly hostile to America.
“Secretary Clinton will have to do more than voice protests over the Afridi case. Both the Departments of State and Defense need to take punitive actions against Pakistan. Carrots are not enough when dealing with an adversary. Sticks are needed to prove we are serious. Cutting off aid to the regime while providing support to groups like the Baluch people who are oppressed by Islamabad will send a message that it doesn’t pay to confront America."
Rep. Rohrabacher is Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee. He called a historic first ever hearing on Balochistan at the the U.S. House of Representatives and along with Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-Texas) and Steve King (R-Iowa) have sponsored a concurrent resolution that calls for right to self-determination for the Baloch people.He said Pakistan was invited to the NATO summit to foster cooperation, but no cooperation was evident. Pakistan is still keeping supply lines to NATO forces in Afghanistan blocked. Rohrabacher cautioned as NATO withdraws, Pakistan sees its chance to increase its use of terrorist groups as its vanguard for taking over Afghanistan and spreading radical Islam throughout the region.
"We need to enlist Russia and India to support anti-Pakistan forces in Afghanistan such as the Northern Alliance. The Taliban is only the tip of the spear, the real enemy is Pakistan,” Rohrabacher said.

Baloch Genocide Continues: Eight bullet-ridden bodies of eight abducted Baloch found
Occupied Balochistan: Endless Human Rights Violations by Pakistani security forces continue in Balochistan unabated. Eight bodies of abducted Baloch were found in different town of Balochistan on Sunday (28-05-2012).
Pakistan military have celebrated ‘’Youm-e-Takbeer’’ (Nuclear blasts remembrance day) by gifting Baloch nation with eight more bullet riddled bodies, abducting 5 youths and setting on fire an entire village in Balochistan’s Pat Feeder region.
Media sources reported that four bodies, including three of abducted Baloch persons, were found in Ferozabad and Pashtoonabad neighbourhoods of Quetta on Monday.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Saryab Sikandar Tareen confirmed that a police patrol found three bodies stuffed in gunny bags dumped at an abandoned place.
The bodies were shifted to the Bolan Medical Complex Teaching Hospital for medical examination where the bodies were identified as that of two brothers, Muhammad Khan Marri and Muhammad Nabi Marri. The deceased were living in Sariab area but were permanent residents of New Kahan Quetta, Balochistan. Their cousin, Rehman, identified the bodies. The third body was identified as that of Mehran Khan Kiyazai, a resident of Brewery Road. Mehran’s body was identified by his father.
The two brothers Mohammad Khan Marri and Mohammad Nabi Marri and Mehran Khan were abducted by personnel of Pakistani intelligence on 11/04/2012 from Quetta.
Medics said that the bodies bore rope marks around their necks, which indicated that they were strangled to death.
According to the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VFBMP), an organisation striving for the safe recovery of abducted Baloch Persons, the victims, all aged between 25 and 30, had been abducted by Pakistani security forces last month near Zarghoon Road in Quetta.
“They were listed as abducted, their relatives recorded statements before the Supreme Court and their video footage was shown by police during the Supreme Court hearing in Islamabad,” VBMP chairman Nasrullah Baloch said.
Separately, another body was found in Pashtoonabad area of Quetta. According to official sources some passers-by spotted the body and informed them. Police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to the Civil Hospital. The body was identified as that of Habibullah.
Karachi: Bullet riddled body of Baloch man found in Karachi was identified as Nasir Hayat s/o Mohammad Hayat, a resident of Surab town of Balochistan. He was abducted few days ago from Hassan Square near old Sabzi Mandi area of Karachi. Hayat was founder of Surab Public Library and ex-president of Shashan welfare development society.
Khuzdar: Bullet riddled body of Baloch youth was found from Khanak area of Khuzdar in Balochistan. Body shifted to hospital for identification. However, his identity could not be ascertained until filing of this report.
Dera Bugti: Two mutilated dead bodies of missing persons found in Panyhan area of Dera Bugti. The deceased have been named as Ali Khan s/o Shah Nawaz and Wali Mohammad s/o Ghulam Mohammad. They were abducted by Pakistani occupying forces on March 12, 2005 from Dera Bugti. Both victims belonged to Karmazai clan of Bugti Baloch tribe and were residents of Dera Bugti town, the Baloch Republican Party sources said.
Furthermore, the brutal offensives of occupying forces continue unabated, the forces violated the sanctity of many houses and set ablaze standing crops of Baloch farmers in Pat feeder area of Dera Bugti. Pakistani brutal forces indiscriminate firing and shelling also killed number of livestock.

Meanwhile, the Baloch Republican Party (BRP) has released the video footage of burning houses in Pat Feedar region of Dera Bugti saying that these houses were set on fire by Pakistani security forces during military offensives on 28-05-2012.
Pakistan military have celebrated ‘’Youm-e-Takbeer’’ (Nuclear blasts remembrance day) by gifting Baloch nation with eight more bullet riddled bodies, abducting 5 youths and setting on fire an entire village in Balochistan’s Pat Feeder region.
Media sources reported that four bodies, including three of abducted Baloch persons, were found in Ferozabad and Pashtoonabad neighbourhoods of Quetta on Monday.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Saryab Sikandar Tareen confirmed that a police patrol found three bodies stuffed in gunny bags dumped at an abandoned place.
The bodies were shifted to the Bolan Medical Complex Teaching Hospital for medical examination where the bodies were identified as that of two brothers, Muhammad Khan Marri and Muhammad Nabi Marri. The deceased were living in Sariab area but were permanent residents of New Kahan Quetta, Balochistan. Their cousin, Rehman, identified the bodies. The third body was identified as that of Mehran Khan Kiyazai, a resident of Brewery Road. Mehran’s body was identified by his father.
The two brothers Mohammad Khan Marri and Mohammad Nabi Marri and Mehran Khan were abducted by personnel of Pakistani intelligence on 11/04/2012 from Quetta.
Medics said that the bodies bore rope marks around their necks, which indicated that they were strangled to death.
According to the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VFBMP), an organisation striving for the safe recovery of abducted Baloch Persons, the victims, all aged between 25 and 30, had been abducted by Pakistani security forces last month near Zarghoon Road in Quetta.
“They were listed as abducted, their relatives recorded statements before the Supreme Court and their video footage was shown by police during the Supreme Court hearing in Islamabad,” VBMP chairman Nasrullah Baloch said.
Separately, another body was found in Pashtoonabad area of Quetta. According to official sources some passers-by spotted the body and informed them. Police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to the Civil Hospital. The body was identified as that of Habibullah.
Karachi: Bullet riddled body of Baloch man found in Karachi was identified as Nasir Hayat s/o Mohammad Hayat, a resident of Surab town of Balochistan. He was abducted few days ago from Hassan Square near old Sabzi Mandi area of Karachi. Hayat was founder of Surab Public Library and ex-president of Shashan welfare development society.
Khuzdar: Bullet riddled body of Baloch youth was found from Khanak area of Khuzdar in Balochistan. Body shifted to hospital for identification. However, his identity could not be ascertained until filing of this report.
Dera Bugti: Two mutilated dead bodies of missing persons found in Panyhan area of Dera Bugti. The deceased have been named as Ali Khan s/o Shah Nawaz and Wali Mohammad s/o Ghulam Mohammad. They were abducted by Pakistani occupying forces on March 12, 2005 from Dera Bugti. Both victims belonged to Karmazai clan of Bugti Baloch tribe and were residents of Dera Bugti town, the Baloch Republican Party sources said.
Furthermore, the brutal offensives of occupying forces continue unabated, the forces violated the sanctity of many houses and set ablaze standing crops of Baloch farmers in Pat feeder area of Dera Bugti. Pakistani brutal forces indiscriminate firing and shelling also killed number of livestock.

Loreen win gives Sweden Eurovision 'Euphoria'
Sweden's Loreen brought home gold in the glitzy 2012 Eurovision Song Contest early Sunday morning with an impassioned rendition of her hit "Euphoria" from Baku in Azerbaijan.
Loreen received a total of 372 points in the competition, with 18 countries awarding her the maximum allowable 12 points.
"I want to say that I love you so much and thank you for believing in me," an emotional Loreen said before taking the stage for her victory encore performance of "Euphoria"
"I wouldn't have been able to do it without you. This is ours together," she added in thanking her fans and supporters.

The 28-year-old singer from Västerås in central Sweden had been tipped as a possible winner ahead of Saturday's final, but faced stiff competition from her European peers, including runners-up Buranovskiye Babushki, a group of singing grannies from Russia, as well as Serbian crooner Željko Joksimović, who finished third.
But as the voting entered its final stages early Sunday morning, it became clear that Loreen would return the Eurovision crown to Sweden for the first time since 1999 when Charlotte Nilsson won with "Take Me to Your Heaven".
In an interview with one of the hostesses during the counting of the votes, Loreen said that her message to all those that voted for her was that of love.
However, she didn't know what to do should she turn out to be the overall winner.
"I don't know yet. Cry, perhaps," Loreen said and smiled.
Loreen has been in the hot seat during her stay in Azerbaijan for meeting with human rights activists while in the country.
After getting through to the final on Thursday, Loreen was asked about her meetings and why she had chosen to meet with these groups.
“There are two sides to me, one is private and one is as a journalist. Right now I want to focus on the positive energies created tonight,” Loreen said in answer, reported Nöjesbladet at the time.
"Euphoria", written by Thomas G:son and Peter Boström, won Sweden's Eurovision qualification contest, Melodifestivalen, in March and has dominated the country's airwaves ever since.
Sweden first won the Eurovision contest in 1974 with Abba's classic "Waterloo".

Säpo utreder om iransk underrättelsetjänst har försökt hyra ett svenskt utredningsbolag för att spionera i Sverige.
En fysikstudent på Tekniska högskolan skulle kartläggas och fotograferas under förespegling av misstänkt otrohet.
Men utredningsbolaget fattade misstankar och lämnade över ärendet till polis.
Våren 2011 fick polisen en anmälan från ett svenskt utredningsbolag.
Utredarna misstänkte att en av deras kunder i själva verket var en agent från den iranska säkerhetstjänsten.

Mannen hade tagit kontakt med bolaget under förespeglingen att han ville kontrollera om hans fästmö träffade andra män.
Fästmannen kallade sig mr Ali och lämnade en adress och telefonnummer i Teheran. Han satte också in 90 000 kronor i förskottsbetalning på bolagets konto.
Han ville att bolagets spanare skulle fotografera kvinnan när hon umgicks med män och tränade på Friskis och svettis.
Kvinnan som är född på 80-talet studerar fysik på avancerad nivå på Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, KTH.
– Utredarna blev snart misstänksamma mot mannen som kunde röra sig obehindrat i Europa. Hans telefon har spårats till Teheran, Spanien, Marocko och Sverige. Och pengar tycks inte ha varit något problem, säger en källa.
Marknaden för privata säkerhets- och utredningsbolag har exploderat de senaste åren.
Kunderna är ofta börsnoterade bolag som vill genomföra egna säkerhetsutredningar och motarbeta industrispionage.
På många av bolagen arbetar personal från polis och millitär. I vissa fall kommer personal direkt från kvalificerat hemliga tjänster inom millitära specialenheter.
Det har länge funnits farhågor för att bolagen kan användas för informationsinhämtning av såväl kriminella strukturer som utländska säkerhetstjänster.
Utredningsbolaget i fallet med KTH-studenten började självt göra efterforskningar för att avslöja mr Alis verkliga syfte med spaningarna. Studenten övervakades aldrig – i stället stämde de möte med mannen på centralstationen i Stockholm.
Syftet var att ställa ingående frågor om hans person och få bilder på mannen.
Men han anade oråd och dök aldrig upp.
– När de kontrollerade hans berättelse var det mycket som inte stämde, den adress han uppgav i Teheran gick till ett köpkvarter. Sammantaget gjordes bedömningen att det inte kunde vara annat än underrättelsetjänst som låg bakom.
Ärendet lämnades över till polis och enligt uppgift utreder Säpo om det var den iranska underrättelsetjänsten som låg bakom spionageförsöket.
– En teori är att bilderna på kvinnan skulle användas i utpressningssyfte mot henne och hennes familj i Iran för att på lång sikt få henne som agent, säger en källa.

Honorable Members of Parliament, Respected Swedish citizens and my beloved Baloch brothers and sisters:
On behalf of Balochistan National Party and people of Balochistan, let me sincerely thank you for your attention to underreported human rights emergency and understanding of Balochistan's strategic and political importance concerning peace and stability in the region.
In fact, due to Pakistan and Iran's iron-curtain policy vis-a vis Balochistan, the sheer scale of political repression, enforced disappearances, extra-judicial killings and exploitation of marginalized Baloch people by the both repressive regimes has gained very little regional and international attention.
Although it's hard to bury facts in currently globalized world and particularly in presence of marvelous communication tools but many repressive regimes including Pakistan, are using death squads, fear, intimidation and systematic blockages to slowdown the flow of information and facts.
And that's what exactly happening in France-sized Balochistan region. In last three years seventeen Journalists abducted and killed because of their determination to unearth truth about slow-motion genocide of Baloch people.
Dear Members of Swedish Parliament,
To eradicate the Baloch national aspirations once and for all, the Pakistani army is waging a war with no regards for Baloch lives and human dignity. The war against the Baloch is being waged without witnesses. They are refusing access to foreign observers, journalists and humanitarian organizations.
No doubt this very timely initiative and debate over underreported conflict in Balochistan would be very useful to elevate the status of forgotten conflict in Balochistan and alarming human rights emergency.
Despite all efforts by the oppressive state, human rights defenders efforts and persistent human rights campaign resulted in several credible reports that include International Crisis Group reports on conflict in Balochistan, Amnesty International, and Asian Commission for Human Rights, Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and Human Rights Watch reports on enforced disappearance and crimes against humanity.
In fact, this august gathering will further give impetus to the peaceful Baloch struggle for national-right of self-determination including recognition to the hundreds of democracy and human rights activists those extra-judicially killed by the despotic Pakistani state.
Ladies and gentlemen:
The peace-loving Baloch are living a life at the gunpoint in the shadows of inhuman atrocities by the most atrocious state establishment in the contemporary world. Their physical survival is at stack with the systematic and organized acts of genocide being carried out by radical Pakistani Security Agencies.
No doubt, greater understanding about conflict in Balochistan is very critical for countries such as Sweden which believe on high standards of human rights principle.
The ongoing conflict has serious strategic and security implications for the Western world where moderate Baloch political and human rights defenders daylight abduction and extra judicial killings are order of the day by the US and European equipped rogue security forces.
Moreover, it's well documented fact that during 2002 to 2011, around eight thousand people have been killed, a quarter of a million displaced, around eight thousand political activists enforced-disappeared and eight hundred senior democracy activists have been extra-judicially killed by the ethnically imbalanced Law Enforcement Agencies, creating a Rwanda like scene in the region.

Balochistan: Balochistan is not a tiny or land locked region like Kashmir and nor a poorly resourced country.
Balochistan, a France-sized territory, straddling Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan, sits on world's three largest copper-gold deposits, huge wealth of oil and gas - located on immensely strategic intersection of South Asia, Central Asia and Middle East.
Balochistan also shares 1200 km long strategically significant coastline - from where world's 40% oil passes.
Unlike their extremely religious neighbors, Baloch are more casual and you can say very moderate in their observance of religion.
Despite political differences, all Baloch political groups believe on democratic and secular political ideas and firm believer of human rights principle.
However, during last six decades there have been systematic efforts both by Islamabad and Tehran to destroy moderate social fabric of Baloch society and promote extreme religious tendencies to counteract against historically moderate Baloch national movement.
Both, in Pakistan and Iran there is an undeclared restriction on Balochi language, literature, media and journalist activities.

The Pakistani reaction to the peaceful Baloch struggle has and had been to employ ruthless muscle power in order to force the Baloch into submission.
Since the inception of Pakistan, state has come into open conflict with the Baloch on four occasions - 1948, 1958, 1962, and, most bloodily, from 1973 to 1977, when a democratically elected government of Baloch people was overthrown and both Iranian and Pakistan military and air power was used to kill thousands of unarmed Baloch civilians.
During 1948 to till date, in four major and uninterrupted assault against moderate Baloch people, Pakistani state has killed 20,000 civilians, one million displaced, immeasurable plunder of Baloch natural wealth including denial of all basic human, political and economic rights.
The protracted conflicts between Pakistan and the Baloch have caused tremendous sufferings for the Baloch in men and material besides its negative psychological impacts on the society.
The ongoing military aggression started in 2001 is the continuation of that policy; nevertheless, it surpasses all previous military operations in its intensity and ruthlessness.
The atrocities of Pakistani forces constitute violation of international human rights and cherished humanitarian laws and many of these actions could amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Ladies and gentlemen:
Pakistani forces including Frontier Corps (F.C.) with Taliban-like tendencies, has been responsible for disproportionate and indiscriminate rocket, artillery and helicopter gunship attacks on civilian areas. There has been widespread destruction of civilian infrastructure, including schools, hospitals and houses throughout Balochistan.
Many of the actions by the State come into the orbit of the legal definition of articles II and III of UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Genocide.

I would like to give you a brief description of various aspects of Baloch Pakistan relationship.
1. Forced accession; In a historical perspective, the Baloch Pakistan conflict began with the forcible incorporation of the Baloch State into the newly created religious state of Pakistan in 1948.
2. De-politicization; The Baloch access to the political process has been deliberately suspended, to the detriment for conciliation and co-existence with the State. During the last six decades, only three provincial governments with a semblance of the Baloch representation were allowed to function for nearly 3 years in total. During the remaining period, the province was ruled by the central government in Islamabad through proxies.
3. Exploitation of Baloch wealth; The process of expropriating the natural resources of Balochistan is going on from the very beginning. One of the major reasons behind endless oppression and ongoing genocide in Balochistan is Baloch people's strong opposition to Pakistan's naked-exploitation of Baloch wealth.

Intensified conflict, killings and human rights violations in Balochistan are directly linked with China's desires for deepening control over Balochistan natural wealth.
Despite appalling human rights situation and state killings of Baloch activists, Pakistani government extended copper-gold mining contract including many other mineral related energy related projects to the Chinese firm, which pays huge sum of money to security forces, those involved in abduction and killings of activists.
Nevertheless, resource-rich but impoverished like Somalia, Balochistan is the epicenter of Pakistan's deadliest nuclear program.
In 1998 Pakistan conducted its nuclear test in scenic mountains region of Raskoh.
4. Marginalization; Cultural exploitation of the Baloch is another characteristic of the Baloch and Pakistan conflict. Having a distinct Central Asian socio-cultural background different from the Indian originated Islamic cultural ethos, it is very painful for the Baloch to witness the domination of their socio-cultural tradition being dominated by a so-called and artificial Islamic culture of Pakistan.
5. Deliberate underdevelopment:
In addition the years of military operations, discriminatory policies and poor governance has resulted in extreme underdevelopment of the region. Resource-rich Baloch region is marked by a high rate of poverty, illiteracy, and unemployment.
Due to hunger and malnutrition Balochistan has the highest infant and maternal mortality ratio in South Asia.
The only development Balochistan has witnessed during last one decade is 200 % increase in military and paramilitary cantonments to further suppress the democratic and moderate voice of peace-loving Baloch people.

Recommendation: Due to obvious reasons without neutral international supervision, there is no chance of a peaceful resolution of the Baloch Pakistan conflict and there is no hope of lessening the miseries and sufferings of the Baloch people.
In recent decades, longstanding conflicts of similar nature in Europe, Africa and Asia have been resolved forcefully and peacefully with active help and facilitation of civilized world.
Application and implementation of the UN articles on the right of self determination for oppressed nations was successful in bringing peace in East Timur, Kosovo and South Sudan.
The right of self determination for the Baloch means regaining their lost sovereignty and their survival as a distinct nation in the wider community of nations.
Before initiating a meaningful process of conflict resolution it is imperative that international community must put pressure on Pakistan:
1. To suspend all covert and overt military operations against the Baloch people.
2. All missing persons should be produced before a court of law
3. All proxy death squads operating under the supervision of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and Frontier Core should be disbanded
4. Baloch political parties should be allowed to function and resume their political activities
5. Military Persons responsible for inhuman torture, killing and dumping of dead bodies of the Baloch political leaders and activists should be brought to justice
6. Measures should be taken for the rehabilitation of thousands of displaced Baloch from different areas of Balochistan
After taking the above mentioned confidence building measures, a meaningful negotiation between the recognized and genuine representatives of the Baloch and Pakistani military establishment could take place under international supervision to decide the future relationship of Balochistan with Pakistan.
The Baloch will welcome any mediation efforts from United States, United Kingdom, European Union and United Nations.
Dear colleagues,
International community's direct engagement, facilitation and presence in Balochistan will serve three main purposes a) monitoring gross human rights violation and deceleration of unreported genocide of moderate Baloch activists, b) observation and monitoring of state-backed Taliban activities, c) denuclearization of France-sized Baloch region.
The Baloch are still hopeful that the international community will realize the gravity of the situation and come forward and fulfill its historic responsibility in saving a whole nation being systematically wiped out from the face of earth.

In fact, due to Pakistan and Iran's iron-curtain policy vis-a vis Balochistan, the sheer scale of political repression, enforced disappearances, extra-judicial killings and exploitation of marginalized Baloch people by the both repressive regimes has gained very little regional and international attention.
Although it's hard to bury facts in currently globalized world and particularly in presence of marvelous communication tools but many repressive regimes including Pakistan, are using death squads, fear, intimidation and systematic blockages to slowdown the flow of information and facts.
And that's what exactly happening in France-sized Balochistan region. In last three years seventeen Journalists abducted and killed because of their determination to unearth truth about slow-motion genocide of Baloch people.
Dear Members of Swedish Parliament,
To eradicate the Baloch national aspirations once and for all, the Pakistani army is waging a war with no regards for Baloch lives and human dignity. The war against the Baloch is being waged without witnesses. They are refusing access to foreign observers, journalists and humanitarian organizations.
No doubt this very timely initiative and debate over underreported conflict in Balochistan would be very useful to elevate the status of forgotten conflict in Balochistan and alarming human rights emergency.
Despite all efforts by the oppressive state, human rights defenders efforts and persistent human rights campaign resulted in several credible reports that include International Crisis Group reports on conflict in Balochistan, Amnesty International, and Asian Commission for Human Rights, Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and Human Rights Watch reports on enforced disappearance and crimes against humanity.
In fact, this august gathering will further give impetus to the peaceful Baloch struggle for national-right of self-determination including recognition to the hundreds of democracy and human rights activists those extra-judicially killed by the despotic Pakistani state.
Ladies and gentlemen:
The peace-loving Baloch are living a life at the gunpoint in the shadows of inhuman atrocities by the most atrocious state establishment in the contemporary world. Their physical survival is at stack with the systematic and organized acts of genocide being carried out by radical Pakistani Security Agencies.
No doubt, greater understanding about conflict in Balochistan is very critical for countries such as Sweden which believe on high standards of human rights principle.
The ongoing conflict has serious strategic and security implications for the Western world where moderate Baloch political and human rights defenders daylight abduction and extra judicial killings are order of the day by the US and European equipped rogue security forces.
Moreover, it's well documented fact that during 2002 to 2011, around eight thousand people have been killed, a quarter of a million displaced, around eight thousand political activists enforced-disappeared and eight hundred senior democracy activists have been extra-judicially killed by the ethnically imbalanced Law Enforcement Agencies, creating a Rwanda like scene in the region.

Conference on Balochistan is a deception, Baloch gave sacrifices for freedom: BRP
Occupied Balochistan: The central spokesperson of the Baloch Republican Party, Sher Mohammad Bugti, termed the so called “National Conference” organised by the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) a deception. He said Balochistan issue was being discussed on International level that is why they (Pakistanis) organised a “National Conference”.
Talking to a private TV channel Mr Bugti said that the sole purpose of orchestration of that conference was just to deceive and mislead Baloch masses. Pakistan has always deceived Baloch nation. “Nawab Akbar Bugti believed in dialogue but what happened to Shaheed Nawab Bugti that is obvious to everyone”.
He said our (Baloch peoples’) struggle is for liberation of Balochistan, if dialogues are initiated on freedom then we are ready for talks. “Baloch have sacrificed their lives for freedom of Balochistan and we cannot be deceived by such conferences”, said Sher Mohammad Bugti.

Preparations of massive military offensives are underway in Balochistan: BSO Azad
Occupied Balochistan: The central spokesperson of Baloch Students Organization, (BSO) has said that preliminary preparations of a gory military operation in a massive scale are underway in Balochistan.
According to spokesperson’s statement, massive deployment of enemy forces have taken place in strategic area of “DashtGoran” in Kalat, “Laje” In Kharan, “AhmedWaal” in Noushki, and “Nimmurg” in Kalat. Expressing concern of collective punishment by forces the BSO (A) spokesperson said that standing crops of the poor Baloch peasants have been destroyed by armed forces and the water resources have been sprayed with chemical poisons. People are not being allowed to commute to cities to buy ration. All out and inlet routes of the areas have completely been blocked with the establishment of new check posts.
The spokesperson further said that preliminary preparations are the preamble of another gory military operation in Balochistan. The statement said that the forces laying landmines, in a large scale, on the general thoroughfares for common people commute. Citing an example the spokesperson said that a few days back, a landmine in “Samalo” of Kalat area exploded killing two innocent people.
Urging the international community the BSO spokesperson said that on humanitarian ground, it is their moral duty to prevent Pakistan from laying landmines and committing human rights violation in Balochistan so that human catastrophe is stopped before it started in the near future, because the mobilization of Pakistani armed forces on the large scale in Balochistan are the indications of a dangerous gory operation.

International Community should help Baloch people in the struggle for freedom: Hyrbyair Marri
Sweden: A one-day seminar was held in Stockholm, the Capital of Sweden, on the ongion Human Rights violation and the current situation of Balochistan. The Swedish Liberal Party (POLK) and a Sweden based Baloch political activist Mohammad Zainudini Baloch had organised the event.
Baloch leaders Hyrbyair Marri, Khan Suleman Daud Khan, Akhtar Mengal, Human Rights activists Angela Harvy and a representative of Amnesty International talked about the Baloch plight and the current situation of Balochistan.
Hyrbyair Marri in his speech said that Swedish people enjoy their social, political, legal and cultural rights whereas we (Baloch) are even forbidden to use Balochi in their homeland, Balochistan. He said it was an additional irony that currently more academic research, on Balochi language, is in progress in Sweden than in Balochistan. Mr Marri further said that there are still many other nations that suffer from subjugation but not to the same unimaginable degree of atrocities, exploitation and destruction that the Baloch presently are encountering in Balochistan.
The Baloch leader said that it was high time for the International democratic powers to support Baloch in their just struggle for National liberation. He requested the Swedish government and Swedish people to morally help Baloch struggle and raise their voice against the on-going human rights violations in occupied Balochistan.
Addressing the gathering Mir Suleman Daud Khan said that occupying states of Iran and Pakistan were committing the Genocide of Baloch people. He further said that the International Community has always been aware of the gross violation of human rights on both sides of the Gold Smith line but Iranian and Pakistanis have free reins to suppress the Baluch as they see fit.
The leader of Balochistan National Party Sardar Akhtar Mengal also addressed the meeting via video conference. He said the issue of Balochistan began in 1948 when Pakistan forcefully occupied Baloch land. Since then the social and political freedom of Baloch Nation has snatched from them and Baloch have been facing continuous atrocities.
Mr Mengal said the solution of Balochistan issue was impossible without the international intervention. He said Baloch should be given right to national self-determination which would mean full independence of the illegal territory and the right to freedom like other sovereign nations of world.

امام جمعه‌ی اهل سنت زاهدان باردیگر از دستگیری علمای سنی انتقاد کرد و خواستار اجرای عدالت شد. وی خبر داد که حدود یکصد تن از علماء با نوشتن نامه‌ای به برخی از مسئولین، خواستار آزادی روحانیان بازداشتی شدند.
خبرگزاری ایرنا پس از ترور مولوی مصطفی جنگی‌زهی روحانی اهل سنت در راسک (۳۰ دی/۲۰ ژانویه)، به نقل از احمدرضا ریگی، فرماندار شهرستان سرباز خبر داده بود که فرد يا گروهی مسوليت اين حمله را برعهده نگرفته است.
روحانیان سرشناس سنی از جمله مولوی عبدالحمید امام جمعه اهل سنت زاهدان این اقدام تروریستی را به شدت محکوم کردند. اما در ظرف یک هفته پس از این سوءقصد، تعدادی از روحانیان سنی در راسک بازداشت شدند.
در اعتراض به این بازداشت‌ها روز دوشنبه ۲۵ اردیبهشت ۱۳۹۱ مردم راسک تجمع اعتراض‌آمیزی برگزار کردند که منجر به تیراندازی نیروهای انتظامی شد و در نتیجه یک نفر کشته، ۲ تن دیگر زخمی و تعدادی نیز دستگیر شدند.
«دستگیری علماء باعث نگرانی مردم شد»
مولوی عبدالحمید در آخرین خطبه‌ی نماز جمعه (۲۹ اریبهشت ۱۳۹۱) با اشاره به رویدادهای اخیر گفت: «مسایل اخیر سرباز و دستگیری عده‌ای از علمای این منطقه موجب نگرانی مردم شده است و قاتل مرحوم مولوی جنگی زهی که از علمای منطقه بوده و به شهادت رسیده است، هر کسی که باشد باید دستگیر شده و به مجازات شرعی و قانونی برسد، اما تا زمانی که موردی به اثبات نرسیده است، نباید با ظن و گمان اقدام به دستگیری برخی از علماء نمود و باعث نگرانی مردم شد. جریانی که اخیرا در سرباز بوجود آمد، نشان داد که احساسات مردم جریحه دار شده است و باید مسئولین قضایی، امنیتی و سیاسی بیشتر تدبیر کنند.»
انگیزه‌ی دستگیری علمای اهل سنت
پایگاه‌های خبری مربوط به اهل سنت گزارش می‌دهند که دستگیرشدگان از جمله مولوی عبدالغفار نقشبندی، فرزند مولانا فتحی محمد نقشبندی، امام جمعه راسک به همراه مولانا عبدالله، امام جمعه پارود سرباز و ۱۳ تن دیگر در بازداشت به سر می‌برند.
گفته میشود در میان دستگیرشدگان که فهرست آن در بخشی از سایت‌های خبری مربوط به بلوچ‌های ایران منتشر شده، از جمله نام سه تن از خویشاوندان مولوی عبدالحمید، امام جمعه‌ی اهل سنت زاهدان، مشاهده میشود: ملک‌محمد آبادیان، عبدالله آبادیان و فواد آبادیان.
با توجه به بازداشت این افراد برخی از تحلیل‌گران مسائل اهل سنت گمان می‌کنند که این دستگیری‌ها با انگیزه‌ی فشار به مولوی عبدالحمید، امام جمعه‌ی اهل سنت زاهدان بوده است.
خبرگزاری فارس نیز در تحلیل وقایع استان سیستان و بلوچستان در ۲۸ اردیبهشت می‌نویسد: «به عقیده‌ی ناظرین سیاسی به علت دست داشتن برخی نزدیکان مولوی عبدالحمید در حوادثی تروریستی و مسائلی همچون جاسوسی، سبب شده که مشاوران رسانه‌ای مولوی عبدالحمید اینبار از متهم شدن برخی نزدیکان او در قتل ترور مولوی جنگی زهی در نزد افکار عمومی اهل سنت به شدت نگران باشند.»
نامه صد تن از علمای اهل سنت به مسئولین
یک کارشناس محلی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان که نخواست نامش فاش شود، به دویچه وله گفت که یک نامه‌ی اعتراضی از سوی صد تن از روحانیان سنی به مقام‌های دولت ایران نوشته شده که در بخشی از این نامه نسبت به دستگیری‌های علمای اهل تسنن از مسئولین توضیح خواسته شده است. این نامه هنوز علنی نشده است.
این کارشناس بر این باور هست که با توجه به روند رویدادهای جاری در منطقه زمینه برای دستگیری و محاکمه آقای عبدالحمید فراهم میشود تا دولت بتواند کنترل کاملی بر منطقه بلوچستان داشته باشد. در این رابطه وی به جلسه‌ی خاش هم اشاره می‌کند که در آن مقام‌های محلی به عبدالحمید توهین کرده بودند که به اعتراض علمای سرشناس سنی منجر شد.
دستگیری روحانیان سنی پس از ترور ملازهی نیز به نظر این کارشناس بهانه‌ای است برای سنجیدن وضعیت استان که آیا مردم اعتراضی می‌کنند یا خیر؟
دستگیری‌ها فقط برای فشار به مولوی عبدالحمید نیست
مولانا دکترعبدالرحیم ملازاده، مدیرشبکه تلویزیونی وصال فارسی که با وضعیت اهل سنت در کشور آشناست و از جمله برخی از دستگیرشدگان از خویشان نزدیک وی هستند، به دویچه وله گفت: «دستگیری‌های علمای اهل سنت فقط به دلیل فشار آوردن به عبدالحمید نیست. اعتراض‌های اخیر در شهر راسک از توابع شهرستانِ سرباز در ۴۸۰ کيلومتری جنوب زاهدان انجام گرفته است و ارتباطی با مسائل زاهدان ندارد.»
عبدالرحیم ملازاده در رابطه با آخرین نامه‌ی علمای اهل سنت به مسئولین هم تائید می‌کند که این نامه فعلا علنی نشده و در اختیار افکار عمومی قرار نگرفته است.
وی درباره‌ی سرنوشت خویشان خود و دیگر دستگیرشدگان هم خاطرنشان می‌کند: «انتظار می‌رود روحانیان دستگیر شده چند سالی محکوم به زندان شوند و اگر بهانه‌ای پیدا شود بیم اعدام شدن برخی از آنها نیزهست.»
بنابه گفته‌ی ملازاده وضعیت در استان سیستان و بلوچستان بویژه پس از رویداد راسک نگران کننده است و با افزایش تعداد دستگیرشدگان نارضایتی اهالی نیز نیز شدت می‌گیرد.
از سوی دیگر تبلیغات وسیعی نیز در رسانه‌های محلی پیرامون وحدت شیعه و سنی انجام می‌گیرد. امام جمعه‌ی اهل سنت زاهدان در این رابطه حتی به صراحت گفته است: «با هفته‌ی وحدت و همایش‌های تقریب و شعار وحدت، ما به وحدت نمی‌رسیم، بلکه در عمل باید وحدت اسلامی را محقق کنیم.»
