Balochistan shutdown on 27 March as Black day; BNF rally attacked in Quetta several injured



Occupied Balochistan: Baloch nation observed the 27 March as a Black Day to mark the occupation of the Eastern Part of Balochistan by Pakistan on 27 March 1948.
The Baloch pro-freedom parties had appealed the Baloch nation to observe shutter-down strike and organise protest rallies to mark the day to express their hatred against occupation.

The people of Balochistan have responded positively to the strike call by the Baloch National Front (BNF) an alliance of  Baloch National Movement and Baloch Student Organisation (AZAD), Baloch Salvation Front, Baloch Martyrs Committee, Baloch Republican Party and other pro-liberation party.
Protest rallies took to streets in almost all major cities of Balochistan. Thousands of participants were carrying flags of Balochistan and chanting slogan of FREEDOM. They also chanted slogans in favour of Baloch resistance movement and condemned state atrocities in Balochistan.
The major protest rally took place in Quetta which was organized by Baloch National front (BNF). BSO (A) vice chairperson Banuk Kareema Baloch led the BNF rally which commenced from Degree College Quetta. The participants of the rally were carrying placard and banners against forced annexation of Balochistan by Pakistan on 27 March, 1948. They chanted slogan against the occupation of Balochistan and atrocity against the Baoch nation. They also chanted slogans in supported the resistance movement and against the upcoming election with one voice they said “No Vote, No Election, only Freedom”.  Huge number of woman and children participated in the rally.  The Pakistani security forces attacked and batten charged BNF rally near Sariyab Police station due to which several Baloch activist were injured.
A shutter down strikes were also held in others major cities of Balochistan including Khuzdar, Hub, kalat, surab, Mastung, Kharan, Noshki, Dalbandin, Gawadar, Turbat and Kohlu and Dera Bugti areas of Balochistan
