A Baloch mother has made a passionate appeal for her two sons’ immediate and safe release on Sunday. Her sons, she said, were asleep when Pakistani security forces barged into her house and abducted them.
“Human Rights Organisations, government, districts administration and security forces should help me get my sons release,” said Zainab Bibi an elderly resident of Gokdaan area of Turbat, Balochistan.
She said that her sons’ whereabouts is unknown since yesterday evening when Pakistani security forces abducted her two sons Lateef and Rashid from their home.
Zaib Bibi Baloch said: “I have been to local police and Levis stations to enquire about my sons’ whereabouts but they did not help me. My sons belong to a poor family and have no affiliations with any organisations. They are common labourers. If one sees the condition of our house they can easily imagine our poverty and indigence.”
She said that after her sons’ arrest and disappearance she was strongly despaired because she had never even imagined that her sons would be abducted by security forces.
She urged the Provincial government, district administration and the other security forces to help find her sons who are in custody of security agencies.
