Dear Friends, In the wake of recent developments in the US, with the US and the world community being more aware and sympathetic towards the Baloch cause and Baloch struggle, it is imperative in the need of hour that Baloch must join hands on a single democratic platform to take their struggle for independence to the next level. In this regard, after consultations and discussions, we are happy to announce the formation of Balochistan National Congress (BNC), with the following aims and objectives;
1.To unite and organize all Balochs both inside and outside Balochistan on the BNC platform to carry on the struggle for their right of self-determination and independence.
2.To expose the illegal occupation of Balochistan, exploitations of Baloch resources by foreign occupying forces ( Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan ) and to bring their human right violations in Balochistan to the world's notice.
3.To use all peaceful, non-violent, democratic means of strugg le and diplomatic channels to introduce and promote the Baloch national struggle for freedom and self-determination in accordance with UN charters and International laws.
4.To denounce terrorism, violence and extremism in all forms.
1.To promote friendship, understanding and co-operation with other friendly nations through organized events, meetings and conferences.
2.To work with world leaders, United Nation and think tanks to promote global peace, freedom and justice for all people.
3.To promote and preserve the secular Balochi culture, language and traditions. Balochistan National Congress (BNC) will be the new emerging voice of all Balochs, especially the ordinary middle class Baloch men and women, both inside and outside Balochistan to promote mutual respect, tolerance, understanding, recognition, consent and accommodation among all Balochs and to inspire and prepare them for the future challenges to lead and empower themselves. Balochistan belongs to all Balochs.
It is everyone's responsibility to share the burden. All patriotic Baloch stake-holders, leaders and political activists (living abroad or inside Balochistan) are invited and requested to join the
Balochistan National Congress (BNC) and share their responsibilities toward the motherland and be a part of the struggle. It is time that we must put all of our less important personal difference aside and think for the greater interest of Balochistan and the Baloch nation. Our suffering people back home expect us, the educated ones, to be more realistic, mature and to demonstrate a responsible behavior. We must not fall short of theirs expectations, or fail them in their hopes and dreams. Balochistan with its abundant natural wealth is the answers to all of our problems, once secured and saved. It will make everyone's dream come true, once liberated from the occupiers. Let's make that dream of every Baloch come true by joining hands with each other and standing firm in unity.
BY LAWS AND RULES:
ARTICLE 1: NAME
The name of the organization is the Balochistan National Congress, hereafter referred to as the BNC.

ARTICLE 3: MEMBERSHIP
Membership is available to all Balochs who supports Baloch Cause and the vision of BNC.
ARTICLE 4: INTERNAL STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION
1. The Executive Committee aka Central Committee: The Executive Committee or the Central Committee, is the highest body of BNC and it consists of Presidents of all BNC Chapters. The Executive Committee will elect the BNC's Central leadership (the President, Vice President, Secretary General, Treasurer and Press Secretary) at its annual meeting for a term period of ONE year.
2 . Chapter President: The chapter President will be elected by the chapter members at their annual meeting for a term period of ONE year.
3. Chapter vice president: Will be in charge in the absence of the Chapter President.
4. Chapter Secretary General:: Will prepare the Chapter's annual general body meeting agenda and co-ordinate with the Chapter's President on Organization’s activities and events.
5. Chapter Press Secretary: will be responsible for media coverage and press releases.
6. Chapter Treasurer: Will be in charge of BNC Chapter's funds and assets. Every chapter is free to raise funds on their own to finance their chapter's activities using the BNC guidelines approved by "The Executive or Central Committee".

4. BNC - Geneva Chapter
5. BNC - Canada Chapter
(The office bearers/spokes person of these chapters will be announced soon. Any Baloch who is interested to open a BNC chapter or volunteer in any capacity will be welcomed and highly appreciated. Please join us to write a new chapter in the history of Balochistan.
BNC will lead, inspire and defend Baloch land, coasts and resources for all Baloch people.
